The Cozy Escape

SeanRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This place was perfect for our family weekend of skiing! It was as advertised and matched the pictures. Marco's home is completely renovated and very clean. Marco was proactive with communication, checked the hot tub for us before we arrived, and gave us very friendly and clear instructions. Based on rentals, Marco let us check-in early and even check-out a little later which was very helpful and stress-free. We would definitely love to return!

Lake Winnipesaukee Getaway w/ Private Beach Access

NicoleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We LOVED our girls weekend away. The 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa offered ample space for everyone to spread out. The space had everything we could ask for! Unfortunately it was a wet weekend and we did not have a chance to make a fire / roast smores, however, we enjoyed so much more. We made our morning coffee and took the short walk to the waterfront to take in the surroundings while the sky was clear. Once back at the house, we were able to enjoy the outdoor space to the fullest - hot tub and there is a spacious pergola covering the patio set so we could sit outside to eat, play cards and stayed dry! And morning two, coffee on the front porch while rocking on the coziest of chairs. A great stay!

Cozy Cottage on a Lake, near Gunstock Mountain

MarlaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean. Smelled fresh. The cottage was as described and even had more homey accents than expected - coffee maker, coffee pods, coffee milk, condiments in the fridge, toaster, snacks, nice dishes and cookware, great TV, comfy sofa and even an electronic fireplace in the main bedroom. Many thoughtful details throughout. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Extra towels. A hot tub ready to enjoy and kayaks at the house to use at the nearby lake. I really wish it wasn’t a downpour weekend so we could’ve used the hot tub and kayaks. Quiet neighborhood. Parking for 1-2 cars. Great notebook chock full of helpful information of the area. Nice touch! We would stay here again and can see this being a great location for summer with the lake and water availability. The owners were kind and very responsive to any and all feedback.

Beautiful & Cozy Cottage in Laconia

SimonRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Nice little cottage, property is a bit more crowded than we hoped (neighboring cottages within 10 feet) , but grounds keeper was wonderful, little town to the north was amazing, and the lake nearby was breathtaking. The property felt like home immediately, Isabel helped us find some local places, and the whole trip went on without a hitch.
The custom log home is surrounded by lush greenery, showcasing a wrap-around deck with multiple seating areas. A hammock is positioned in the foreground, inviting relaxation. The sloped driveway leads to the entrance, enhancing the natural, tranquil setting.

Log Home Meredith NH Pet Friendly Custom Fire-Pit

We saw a concert at the Bank NH Pavilion which was our main reason for getting an Airbnb. However, after staying there, the area was gorgeous, we loved the lake, close to town and so peaceful. The house was perfect for us. We brought our dog and I loved walking him around the circle. It was a true log home and so quaint, everything we needed was there. We will definitely be back.

This stay was such a steal! My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for a night and ended up liking it so much, we decided to stay a second night in a row at the last minute. Beautiful views of the lake, kayaks were a bonus! The shared bathroom space was very clean and a short walk from the house. Thank you again!

Relax on Crescent Lake # 2

KarolinaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Kim and Nanci's cottage was absolutely wonderful! You really can't beat the location- right on the water, access to the dock and small beach for our children. Kim and Nanci were very easy to communicate with. The cabin/surroundings felt very private but at the same time we had quick and easy access to everything we could possibly want. We would have stayed for two weeks if our scheduled allowed! Highly recommend for young families!

I will be the first one to admit how picky I am when it comes to where I stay. Sarah’s place is absolutely perfect!! It’s in a beautiful, peaceful, perfect location. You step out the back door and you’re in the sand in 5 steps. Location is 10/10!! Sarah was AMAZING from start to finish. She was very flexible with moving some times around for check in/out. She ALWAYS responded very quickly. I would recommend her and her place to ANYONE!! It was perfect !!

Vintage Isolation Destination Camp on Lake Winni

JenniferRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A little confusion on check in, but was nothing to worry about. Beautiful setting, home was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen. Natural landscape, home is original, has squeaky floors and no frills (which that is what a classic NH lake cabin is) the Lake was beautiful and great for kayaking and swimming, screened porch wonderful for watching and listening to the sounds of the lake . The host, Sky is in contact frequently and communicates very clearly about care of the home.
A view from a screened porch reveals a serene pond surrounded by lush green grass and trees. The distant mountains are visible under a partly cloudy sky, providing a peaceful backdrop to the outdoor scene.

Canaan Valley Cottage, near Castle in the Clouds

VeronicaRating, 5 stars32 months ago
This is another of those places that I have stayed where I am hesitant to leave a good review because then others will know how spectacular it is and it’ll be booked all the time. Amy’s cottage is the PERFECT quiet getaway. Everything you need is there. The cottage is absolutely comfortable for two people. The setting is ridiculously gorgeous. The water pressure, the Keurig, the tankless water heater, the views, the porch… I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that you need to book this place if you want to get away, reconnect to nature, and find some peace and quiet. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Amy is a responsive and exquisite host. 10 out of 10! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Secluded cottage at Crystal Lake

AlbertjRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The Lake House was very clean, larger than expected, with a Great screen porch, large kitchen with lots of amenities, large dining room and living room with lots of videos. We really enjoyed staying at the Lake House! It was very quiet and Peaceful! The one thing that was noted was there were not enough towels. There were 4 people staying and there should have been 1 bath sheet, 1 regular sized towels, 1 Wash cloth per person staying and 2 hand towels per bathroom. There was only one kitchen towel and we definitely needed 2-3 towels. The kitchen was very well equipped, at least one of anything you could need, except a tea pot. We absolutely loved the entrance to the lake, very accessible for ourselves and our Nefie Puppy. He could easily walk out into the lake and he got so excited about swimming! Mission Accomplished ! We loved using the the Canoe. We brought our own paddles, but did notice that there was only one canoe paddle! We would definitely like to come back again! Bravo!
