Great place. Very quiet and peaceful. If you like the water. It is right on the lake. Great fishing spot.

Nice studio apartment on Smith Mountain Lake. Ground floor and next to the entrance, so sound does carry if people are talking outside the door/window.

Traci and manager Sophia were super responsive to requests and texts. The place was very clean and as advertised. The location is walkable to the marina and a quick drive to other restaurants, state park, and grocery. We would definitely book again.

Andrew is great and has a nice spot! Only bummer was the pool was closed for the season, but that's not on him. Have a nice stay!

Would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing weekend. This was a repeat stay, and everything was just as nice as the last time. Quick communication with Gwendolyn was appreciated, and everything we needed was available or offered.

The scenery was just beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. They thought of everything I would ever need here. (Bath bombs, hair dryer, shampoos) A wonderful get away space.

My sister and neice and I stayed at Key To Stay's condo for 2 nights in February. I had previously stayed at that same condo in November. I originally gave this condo a great review, which is why we rented it again. This visit had a few maintenance issues, but they were eventually resolved and Key To Stay made sure to reach out to me personally to make sure we were satisfied. I do appreciate their commitment to making sure they improve the guest experience. I will definitely be staying here again after the wonderful customer service. The location is beautiful, the lake view can't be beat. The area has some great places to eat also.

Amazing lake home in a secluded neighborhood. This property is perfect for families! The basement provided numerous options with a pool table, table tennis and large variety of arcade games. The boat dock had a number of kayaks, paddles boards and was perfect for fishing. A short drive into town for groceries and supplies, as well as local restaurants to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time here! Pictures and descriptions were spot on. Todd was very helpful and quick to answer. He gave clear instructions on check in/out and everything in between. The house was beautiful and clean. LOTS of open space for our small group to gather for meals, games, or just chatting. The views were incredible!! Spent lots of time on the dock and in the water. Plenty of sun loungers and other outdoor seating. Bringing our own towels and linens was not an issue at all. Grocery, restaurants, and attractions were all close enough to the home. We were able to enjoy the space without feeling cut off. It was AWESOME!!

Great host. Very responsive. The place was extremely well maintained and very clean. Everything worked exactly as it should from the keyless entry to Internet access. The property is located .5 miles down a gravel road, which is rustic and dusty. The area is rustic as well. The price was a little high for a manufactured home but it was a holiday weekend.

I really appreciate Beth hosting our team for our annual retreat. The Sweet Virginia Blue is so peaceful, with plenty of room for everyone, a nice big kitchen for cooking together, direct access to the lake, and plenty of games and puzzles and other little touches that make the space homey. We really enjoyed our stay!

Carol was a great host - super helpful, responsive, & kind. This spot is such a gem. Unique things to do in the area, and such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in their space. Will hopefully be back soon!

Leslie was very responsive and very hospitable. It was a last minute trip and Leslie was able to accommodate. Even though the studio was small it had everything I needed for a quick get away. The area around the condo was beautifully maintained. It was close to the State Park which was nice because that was what brought me to the area. The people at the condos were very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

Mick’s place was the perfect spot for a long weekend with my son! Everything was clean and tidy, the decor was lovely and the directions were all very straightforward. The view of the lake from the porch swing was beautiful, we spent a lot of the time parked right there. It was very peaceful even on a holiday weekend. All of the amenities of Bernard’s Landing were great for entertaining a 9 year old as well. We visited the indoor pool and the beach and enjoyed the restaurant. We were a little disappointed to find that the outdoor pools weren’t open yet as it was in the 80’s, but it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

This was a great place to stay for our first time visiting SML! Beautiful views and very comfortable. Only 10 min drive to the grocery store, which is good for this area.

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

First time staying at Smith Mountain Lake, and this apartment was perfect for my wife, toddler and me! Playground within walking distance, as well as a beach area that our son really enjoyed. Would stay here again!
