Vacation rentals with a patio in Bay Village, Boston

One of the very best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at! The place was clean and extremely well stocked. It was comfortable and the horse were very friendly! Fresh baked goods and fruit awaited us when we arrived! Even the refrigerator offered bottled water and other refreshment! Location had great restaurants close by and Salem was just over the bridge. We were there for our daughter‘s graduation from Endicott College, and it worked out perfectly! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

This place was just what we were looking for on our trip. It was a close trip to every tourist stop we were visiting, and also close to the grocery store. All the amenities were functional and there were 2 designated parking spaces. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed including kitchen and bathroom supplies. The neighborhood was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to other Boston travelers!

This is a beautiful location, directly across the street from the beach. Very quiet at night in a lovely residential area. The location is perfect for accessing excellent restaurants, some within walking distance, but all within a short drive. Michael responds to any questions within a few minutes and is extremely cordial and helpful. I have stayed here before, and I will definitely stay at Michael’s place again in the near future. I can highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place is great. The space was clean, roomy, and had all advertised features and amenities. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the T, and downtown Boston is only a couple of stops away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

Great location by Arlington Center and the Minuteman Bikeway. Roomy and very comfortable home that has been completely remodeled. On a very quiet street that dead ends on the shore of Spy Pond. Our second visit!!

Had a great stay in Medford. Tranquility did a great job of stocking the apartment with everything you need to immediately feel right at home.

Three generation family here for BU college graduation. Holly was very flexible and helpful! Easy to get around to all locations in Boston!

The Cottage was perfect as a place for us to crash and relax before a crazy weekend wedding in Arlington. The house was decorated with interesting prints and so many books! Though the weather was not ideal, the deck with its views looked amazing. My wife decided that we would try to stay here whenever we come to the Boston area. Minutes from Winchester and the T and the quaint restaurants and coffee shops. We love it.

We have never stayed at a Airbnb that was so beautiful and well maintained.Stocked with everything a guest would need to be comfortable and feel at home. From the spice rack and the kitchen appliances , to the basement family recreation room . The video game consoles,board games, the outdoor trampoline and play area.BBQ grill. Closet stocked with toiletries. The main room bed was comfortable . The living room was very relaxing. The entire setting was idyllic and perfect. My wife and I would cherish a repeat stay for a longer period of time.

We loved our stay! Jenny’s place was a great deal for my group of eight 30 year old women to come together. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The TV was big and easy to work for group JackBox games. It was well kept and clean. One note - the fridge water and ice dispenser is not hooked up so bring water if you don’t like drinking from the tap.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this lovely home. It was charming. Three good size bedrooms and the kitchen and two full baths were updated, good size and well stocked. There is a lovely outside deck and backyard to enjoy in a peaceful neighborhood. The house was within a half mile from our daughter's home which was a plus for the event we were there for. The home is close to supermarkets and restaurants. Marissa was quick to respond to questions allowing us to really enjoy our visit. We will return the next time we are in Weymouth for an overnight or two. Five stars for sure!

Wonderful large space in family neighborhood. Joe was in touch with me to make sure everything was OK. Super clean, quiet and comfortable home. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a child at Tufts!

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful old world home exterior with a porch to sit and relax with a modern condo interior. Everything is bright and clean. The beds are comfortable with separate bedrooms for privacy. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances that are well maintained. Marian and Avanish took wonderful care of us, Marian’s arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow as well as at check out. We had one request that was taken care of quickly. We will definitely return to stay if/ when we get to the Boston area again.

Our stay in Salem was one of the best AirBNB experiences we have had! Alex’s home is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked. She communicated clearly, pro-actively and always responded immediately. She even reached out ahead of time to ask if/what type of milk we like to have with our coffee! She had delicious coffee, milk and sweet treats waiting when we arrived. We have family in Salem and would return to this home again in a heartbeat ❤️

Ali was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive. I landed early in Boston before check in time and she allowed me to drop off my things early so I could go explore. Beautiful home, she provided great restaurant recommendations and is very walkable area close to public transit.
