Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Cozy up in front of the fireplace, or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. This review is for our second or third stay in this particular unit/building. The Willows is spectacular; I want to be clear, in today's world of excessive hyperbole, this place breaks the mold. For all future Vail trips, this is the first place I check for availability.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Mindy was proactive in communicating, which made it easy when I had questions. The location was great, lots of walkable stuff and the bus stop to Beaver Creek was so close. The place was clean and cozy with soft towels, sheets and games to play. It is in need of a little TLC (broken cabinets, drawers and doors) but nothing that impeded our stay.

Ira’s place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Frisco Main Street with great restaurants. So convenient on and off I-70. And the private hot tub was such a treat.

Very attentive, thoughtful space. Very clean, organized, well supplied and welcoming (without any excess clutter). Felt right at home immediately and the space was larger than I expected. The comfortable mattresses were appreciated. Exceptional location with less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street. I would definitely consider staying again.

Awesome location and great communication. Appreciated the flexible check in and out times, and use of the parking space right in front of the airbnb. Only comment would be most dishes, utensils, and cookware weren’t totally clean so we had to pre wash what we wanted to use. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Great place, and perfect for a couple or solo trip. 100% walkable to Peru lift, and didn’t need to move the car the entire stay. Nice and quiet at night, and the host is very responsive / helpful with all requests.

Jesse couldn't have been a better host. Before, during and upon leaving, Jesse helped with everything we needed. The location is the perfect way to start a ski morning with the Snowflake lift just steps away. The underground garage was also a key amenity for storing our gear and packing the car on the return to the airport. I can't wait to go back.

We had a great stay! It is very close to the gondola. Hosts were very responsive and answered our questions. Location was great on the first floor, able to walk right out to the hot tubs which were wonderful after a day of skiing.

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.

My husband, toddler son and I had a wonderful stay in Vail! The lodge is beautiful and in a great location. We walked easily to the park and Vail Village. My son loved riding the free bus to Lionshead area. We loved being able to do our laundry and have a kitchen area. We hope to come back someday!
