Such a beautiful home, very clean and very comfortable. John and his wife were always available. We drove in a little early and were able to accommodate us. My family and I enjoyed are stay and had an amazing time!

Lovely stay, exactly as pictured! Clean, spacious, and fit all 5 of us perfectly. The neighborhood is so pretty, we kept admiring it on our walks. Our main purpose of the trip was Disneyland, so we were happy the house was about a 30 minute walk away, but honestly seemed shorter. Whitney was a great host, super responsive. Was quick to send help when we were having trouble using the outside grill! Would happily stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Ashai's property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Ashai is an incredible host who is very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend anyone vacationing to Long Beach to stay in this house. The location is perfect, about 2-3 miles from the beach and it feels very private considering it is in a neighborhood. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

I can’t say enough about this property. When you picture a historic SoCal neighborhood and house — this place does not disappoint. But it has all the amenities. We wanted a good convenient location in the LA area to celebrate my wife’s birthday that would give us a fantastic place to hang out but also easy to access cities nearby, especially visiting my son in Anaheim. Not only was this location easy to access, the backyard pool set up is perfect for relaxing for an entire day. The house itself is so beautiful, comfortable and charming (plus a great place to watch a movie at night). Everything about this stay was perfect — my wife cannot stop talking about it! Combine that with a fantastic host! Jorgen is easy to communicate with and very flexible (plus — he has a great taste in movies!) My family said “this has to be where we stay when we do family meets up in SoCal from now on!” I highly recommend staying at this beautiful historic property.

I cannot say enough good about this wonderful home. Judy was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our family. The adults loved sitting on the back porch or in the hot tub and the kids spent HOURS happily in the yard playing. Everything was so comfortable and we felt right at home which can be difficult when traveling with kiddos! Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance in the future!

Irma's responses were always timely, and we always felt in communication. The pool and hot tub were so nice and clean, and it made it perfect for our multigenerational family. The street was adorable with so many custom homes and mature trees. There was plenty of parking, so there were no worries that we would not be able to park, especially during street sweeping days. The house was stocked with everything needed for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely try to book Irma's house again in the future.

Tony is a responsive host. This place works very well if you need to be close to Chapman U., as it's within walking distance. The two-bedroom setup provides enough room for an extra family member. Furnishings and supplies were fine and thoughtfully placed. The backyard table is a great place to enjoy a meal. There are dogs in their backyard that bark when you walk by, but they are safely fenced in. If you want an unscented setup with bedding and so forth it would be best to request that in advance. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

House was perfectly set up to host our family. We had 4 small children and they felt right at home with all the Disney decor and toys to play with!

This is our second stay with Bill and we hope to stay again in the future. It's a great little spot with so much stuff to do within walking distance. Very clean, well stocked and a great space for us, 4 people one dog. Our dog loves the place as much as we do. Nice doggy door and patio area. Close to a dog beach and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in. Highly recommended this place and Bill is a wonderful host.

One house away from the beach with easy access. The bikes, beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach chairs allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Sean responded to questions quickly and provided helpful tips such as discounts for whale watching tours. We would recommend this AirBnB to friends and family.

Kate went above and beyond as our host! She took it upon herself to find a babysitter for us, sending multiple sitters' contact info prior to our visit. The unit is spacious and in a terrific location - one of the most beautiful neighborhoods I've ever stayed in. You can literally peek at the nearby lagoon beach from one of the bedrooms. We spent two days hanging out in Long Beach and one day at Disneyland. This is a great jumping-off point for Disney as the drive was only around 30 minutes. Can't recommend Kate's place enough!

The location was perfect! We walked to Disneyland every day. The house fit our party of 9 perfectly. It was clean and easy to find.

Kim was very responsive through the app and email. Allowing early use of the cart and letting us drop off our bags early were thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our family. We felt comfortable letting the baby crawl around here, and the kitchen and eating area were a good size for 3 generations of people. There was a nice supply of children's toys and books too. Suzy is a good communicator and did everything she could to accommodate our needs. I will note that we underestimated our ability to walk 1.7 miles to and from the Disney property on top of walking the park. We ended up driving to Disney even though it was close. Uber is also a good option. Also, we paid to have the pool heated, but the outside temp was in the low 70's while we were there and it was still chilly. So it made for some expensive swimming. My recommendation is to really consider how much time you will be at the house, and be realistic about your tolerance for the temperatures.

Beautiful property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect for a small group or a family on vacation.

Some wonderful memories in this beautiful house. We spent 4 nights with a family of 4 adults and 4 children (Ages 14 - 3) on a trip to Disneyland. Everyone loved the house. The kids loved the pool (that can be heated) and all the toys and games. The close proximity to the Disney parks allowed us to go back and forth multiple times. The backyard is a great place to enjoy a family dinner and watch the fireworks! The beds are super comfy especially after walking all the miles inside Disney! Tamar was a wonderful host. We got clear instructions and she responded promptly to all our questions. Overall, this is a much better option than the Disney hotels.

The house was exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great! I loved that they had toiletries, made it so easy to check in late and not have to immediately unpack. if we needed anything, Carmen responded within minutes! The drive to Disney was a BREEZE! This place has an amazing value for the price! We could see the ocean from the villa, and the amenities at the resort were great. The villa itself was very spacious. I would stay here again.

My family stayed at Krysta’s home for nights during our trip to Disneyland. Krysta was super responsive and proactive in her communications. She reached out ahead of the time to help arrange our arrival and was there to help us settle in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean! The neighborhood was clean and safe, with a children’s playground just right outside. The drive to Disneyland parks and disney downtown area was only 10 minutes and super easy. I highly recommend Krysta and her home to anyone looking to visit Disney!
