Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

The place was clean and comfortable and best of all walking distance to cute shops, coffee, restaurants, and all the historic places downtown. It was nice to have a private parking space and despite the reviews about parking, we had no trouble parking our 3-row SUV and left/came back several times. The little garden space was cute too.

This home provided my family and me a place of comfort while we convened during the celebration of life for our Matriarch. We could share memories, laugh, cry, comfort each other during this difficult time. Taking the away the worry of where we could be fathers was a huge stress reliever. Thank you for this home and being so helpful.

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Great location to explore St Augustine. A short walk to the waterfront or Restaurants. Quiet street. The landscaping is well done and the art collection is varied and interesting. Kitchen had everything I needed and there were many condiments and spices available. Easy off street parking.

We had a wonderful stay. It was super cute and the perfect fit for my dog and me.

Comfortable, felt right at home! Our doggies loved sunning themselves in the backyard and enjoyed the provided treats 😁 Very close to the tourist areas. Great host who went above and beyond!

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

This house is in a great location and super spacious for a large group. It has good gathering spaces, both inside and out. It was very clean inside. I would have never guessed they will allow pets. The kitchen is sparsely furnished so cooking in was a bit of a challenge. The bedroom with two twins is only separated from the kitchen with a curtain, so noise could be a factor. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, but the deck area needs some sprucing up.

We rented the house for a family gathering and to celebrate our daughter's graduation and it was perfect. The host was amazing and the property has everything you need and more. Our stay was perfect and we created great memories at this home. We highly recommend it.

Great stay, there was a buffet and a gas station right at the entrance of the neighborhood which was great , pool was fun - there are life vests for kids and pool toys which was fun. Kitchen had all necessary appliances - fridge is sooo cool (has one of those interactive screens / smart fridge and plays music) - most comfortable bed was the twin bed on the left - new shower and separate bed off the master bedroom - air conditioning worked great - cool couches that recline with a big tv in the living room off the side - quiet neighborhood, clean place, Would recommend

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Michelle’s place is very comfortable and conveniently located to the highway and stores. Michelle was very easy to Communicate with and responsive.

Roger and Amy’s place was just what I needed for a quick weekend getaway. The location was private and quiet yet so close to downtown St. Augustine. The hammock outside near the front porch was very relaxing and the perfect place for me hangout and read my book. Would definitely recommend this gem to anyone headed to the area.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. We absolutely fell in love with what the city had to offer. The home was cozy and clean. The home is about a 15 minute walk to the historic district which was nice being able to walk our entire stay. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. We will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay. Loved being so close to Boone Park for my dog Presley. The neighborhood was very walkable and I felt totally safe walking alone. Close to stores and restaurants. Space was perfect for 2 adults. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This home was very nice. We had several people with us and there was plenty of room for everyone comfortably. I will keep this home on my list of places to use again.

Exactly what we needed for a weekend in St Augustine - extremely thankful that the dogs were able to join us and weren’t made to feel like they were an inconvenience. Wonderful space, easy to walk to the beach and an incredible taco spot across the road.

We had a great time and we brought our chihuahua and it was the perfect size for us and not to far from everything and the town was very dog friendly.
