David’s place was awesome. It had so much character and the location was amazing. We walked to all the hot spots and more. It was really close to all the attractions. Parking was easy. Can fit two cars. It was really cleaned as well. We will definitely book again

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

We visited the area for the attractions of St. Augustine but ended up hanging out at the house most of the time as it was a fantastic place to chill, relax, play pool, read, and decompress. You feel like you've stepped back in time to a quaint surf shack with a very cool chic vibe. The beach is minutes away, Publix minutes away, and the historic area of St. Augustine less than 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommend and we would definitely return. Thank you!

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.

we just spent a wonderful 3 days at this airbnb and would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others. The place was oozing with charm and thoughtful touches throughout. The welcome snacks, complimentary coffee, make up wash clothes and beach chairs were JUST A FEW things that made our stay more comfortable and feeling like we were at home. The beach was just a short walk away and the restaurant recommendations were fabulous. infact, we went to Caps twice!

This place was exactly as described and very clean. There were a lot of extras for the beach and a wagon to pull to them in. It exceeded our expectations. The three full bathrooms in each room is a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. Elizabeth was a great communicator and took great care to ensure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

This historic home is a perfect place to spend time in St Augustine. It is in walking distance to activities in the historic district as well as great shops and eateries in Uptown. The area is quaint and the parking in the back is so convenient, especially when street parking is tough to find. We felt very safe in the area too. Great girls weekend away! We all enjoyed lots of face-to-face conversations and laughter. Lauren (host) is extremely quick at responding to any questions as well. Memories for a lifetime!

My friends and I enjoyed this house! we felt right at home and comfortable. We knew the house was clean the moment we walked in. Rooms were spaced out enough for us to have our on privacy but had plenty of space in the kitchen and living room area to enjoy hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot to have the quiet surroundings but close enough drive to the city. Will be back soon!

Beautiful beachfront location with amazing views and stunning sunrises. Extremely well-stocked, especially with beach amenities. Hamish is a wonderful host and gave some great dining recommendations. If we return for another visit, would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

We celebrated my 60th birthday and had a great time. The house has a wonderful view and lots of beach chairs. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Nathanael is a great host.

We stayed here for my husbands graduation weekend and loved it. The house easily hosted a party of more than 50. Patricia was knowledgeable and able to recommend caterers and had a wealth of decor to match our theme. The house is set up perfectly for hosting, it has lots of small touches to feel at home and offers multiple areas to congregate which allowed us to have multiple activities simultaneously

We had a fantastic day. The house was spotless and cozy exactly as described. It was in a great little location. Our house was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My family & I have no complaints about Svitlana’s place. Accommodation was everything that we were looking for and we hope that her place is available going forward in the upcoming years. We definitely recommend her place if anyone has children. She has accommodations for everyone.

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

What a delightful find in Jacksonville! The house was lovely and the extra measures for comfort were so appreciated: blanket for the sofa, variety of teas, lots of towels Good workspace and great view while working! Sitting by the water in the evening was so relaxng and peaceful.

This was such a beautiful little apartment. I wanted to put it in my suitcase and take it home! I absolutely loved it! And Karen was the perfect hostess. Her husband even helped carry our bags upstairs. She left us wonderful snacks and water! I will definitely stay with her again if I am in the area.
