Cottage vacation rentals in Arroyo City

Nancy met us in person at her place and explained thoroughly about local restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and all 3 swimming pools. When we arrived she had set out a few welcome snacks and a few homey decorations for Christmas. We most definitely will see be returning and look forward to being her guests once again. 💖

Beautiful place to stay at. Easy commute to the beach and very relaxing sitting on the patio at night. Would definitely stay here again and probably will in the future.

One of the best - if not the best… Airbnb’s - I have ever stayed at. Lupita’s place was immaculate!! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and she literally thought of every detail one would need to feel like you were at home. I will definitely book again!!

This was a great stay and would recommend! I will note that there is an admin fee that you have to pay when you come to stay, but other than that, everything was great and exactly what we needed!

Jonathan was a great host! He had good communication and the airbnb was in prestige condition. The airbnb was nice, cozy and a place a def vist again!

We hope that the Green Jay cottage is available forever and ever because it was soooo cozy, so private, so visited by so many colorful and gossipy birds, the entire experience was charming. Smiled every day when we returned to our cottage!

We had a pretty comfortable stay. It was perfect for our needs!

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

Martha’s home was amazing! Great out door space. We spent most of our time out there. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fans to keep cool. All in all a great experience. Loved the amenities. Such a cute but tough little par three. We really had a lot of fun!

Everything we needed for a short stay was readily available. While not overly luxurious, the Airbnb was clean and functional, providing a solid base for our trip. It's a practical choice if you're looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option for a pair of travelers. We had no major issues during our stay and would consider it again for a similar trip.

We had a great trip!

Omg we loved this little place! It was only my teenage son and I. We drove down from Dallas for the SpaceX launch and the view was absolutely perfect! Ryan even provides a telescope which was perfect. You have nobody across from you on the backside balcony so it felt extremely private and peaceful. The bedrooms were large, especially upstairs. Each bedroom has its TV and designated full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked, including spices and olive oil. Ryan was proactive in communicating and very responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of any of the perks of the community for the fee paid. The area is definitely safe, clean and peaceful. You can't go wrong with this little space ✨️

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a peaceful weekend enjoying time on the patio and enjoying the many amenities the resort has to offer. The cottage was clean and provided blankets, linens, and other necessities provided for our stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space in the home to lounge and spend time in. Thanks again!
