Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Arkansas River

We had an amazing time in Colorado. The location of this cabin was absolutely perfect. My kids jumped in the creek within 10 mins of arriving and we had a doe at our front steps the first evening. The beds were very comfortable and the two large smart TVs gave the kids and the adults separate entertainment areas. WIFI was fast and reliable, I used it for a couple of video calls for work. We traveled to the cavern of the winds, Indian cliff dwellings, pikes peak, the zoo and garden of the gods with ease. These places were all close. We took one long drive out to the train on Royal Gorge, and it was worth it. There were hiking trails available just outside the front door and others that were a short drive away. Following Tims advice, we ventured into the little town a few mins away driving or a just a 20 min walk. Coffee shop there is excellent, dinner at the mucky duck was great, and if you want a nice pizza and some alcohol the blue moose tavern is fun. The locals were great with us, just don’t park right in front of the blue moose as they seem to reserve that “loading spot” for locals. The little town center has a lake, shopping and it’s own hiking trails. Just up the road towards Hwy 24 there is a taco place called the Skinny Taco. Vincent makes some really nice fresh food. Get some of that bourbon pecan at the coffee shop and use Tims Coffee maker for a morning break on the wrap around patio. There was another tenant in a separate section, but we did not hear them. On the evening that we jumped in the Jacuzzi, no one else was there. We loved it and will try to come back again next year.

We will only stay at WorldMart when we visit Red River. We really don't care who the host is, it's right next to the lift. So much wildlife to see, overall it's beautiful inside and outside. I would only recommend updating the coffee pot and updating to Dish or a streaming network. Basic cable was a good wake up call took us back. We enjoyed the cable, kid did not.

Very nice accommodations, as described, will try to stay there again.

Lovely clean Airbnb with responsive host

My friend and I felt entirely comfortable at Marsha and Philip's loft. There were many cozy decor touches and a lot of thoughtfulness put into their instructions, with small kindnesses--like little notes to show where things were, and tea and cocoa available for our use. They were also very proactive about communicating with us and letting us know if we needed anything how to reach them. This is my second stay with this host and I would definitely stay with them again in the future!

Marco's apartment is wonderful! It is exactly what you see in the pictures. Tastefully decorated with an extremely comfortable bed and couches. I am picky about cleanliness, and this place is spotlessly clean - white glove clean. Plenty of outlets, there are even outlets on either end of the table, just plug the attached cord into the wall. This was super helpful as this was a working vacation for me. There is plenty of hot water and there is excellent water pressure. The apartment complex is a nice one and is very safe. It has a Cordova address but is right off Walnut Grove so it is just at the border of Germantown and Cordova - extremely convenient to anywhere you want to go in the city. Parking is right in front of the unit. The location is close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, wine shops, and Starbucks is just around the corner. That said, when you are inside the apartment complex, it doesn't feel like you're surrounded by all that, it is quiet and beautiful with tons of trees. My visit was in October and Memphis trees are gorgeous in the fall. Marco is an amazing host, he responded immediately to any questions and always had an answer. Super easy check-in. When you arrive and open the door, don't think the lock is stuck, it's just a very tight door (as it should be) and you need to push to open it. I used the washer and dryer and they work great. I visit family in Memphis several times a year and only hope Marco's place is available the next time I come to town.

The place was very nice and cozy. Margaret is a very caring and helpful host, and her flexibility was very helpful when I first got to New Mexico. If I get the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Neat little historic area.

Our stay was comfortable and a great value for our family. It was nice to have a full kitchen with all the necessary items to cook a full meal. Restaurants, shopping, and parks were within walking distance and everyone was very friendly. It was a safe neighborhood with a lot of parking and the views of Pike’s Peak were stunning. Thank you for a fabulous 5 night stay!
