Hometown rental - no added cleaning fees

The place was spacious and perfect for what we needed. We needed a place big enough to host 3 adults (1 couple) while we were in town for a music festival. The house was easy to find. Had spacious bedrooms which easily accommodated us. There was coffee available in the kitchen along with small household appliances like toaster oven, microwaves and keurig. There was also some seasonings available. The washer and dryer was a life saver since we were spending most of our time outside in a park. We were able to wash our clothes before leaving so we didn’t have to pack dirty things. The outside sitting areas were nice and my friend took advantage of the peaceful surroundings and meditated every morning. The host was friendly and responsive with any questions we had. There are super markets and some restaurants near by. WiFi worked great and plenty of towels and wash clothes and body wash and shampoo to use although we brought our own. Great place. No complaints.

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. It was so incredibly clean. In a BEAUTIFUL location. So quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed. Great things locally to do, great places around to eat. Would definitely stay here and recommend to anyone! Thank you, Chi!

The house was very nice and spacious, check in and check out were very easy. We had an issue with the batteries in the locks dying and Isaiah jumped on it right away to get them fixed. All in all great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including much appreciated snacks. Sitting out on the deck in the evening was a treat and the access to a walking path and hiking path through the gate in the back yard was so wonderful. Our stay was wonderful! The house was well stocked with all the necessities needed when we arrived. The setting was lovely, the home was very nice and lake view was picturesque! The sandy beach access was very fun for the children and the whole setting was perfect for our family gathering. It was also very clean! Anthony was quick to respond to any questions or requests and was very helpful during our stay. We will definitely be rebooking for our next visit with family.

Carolina Lakes Family Home w/ Pool, Kayaks & Dock!

This Lake house was exceptionally beautiful. The house had almost everything you would need for anything you wanted to do. I’m only upset that I didn’t take inventory before going to the store. There was extra of everything!! Even food and drink! There were beautiful swans and geese swimming all day in the lake. If you love nature, this is the perfect getaway. Beds were comfy, shower was powerful and refreshing after a dip in the pool or lake. TVs had streaming services you could log into . There was sporting equipment if you wanted to play some games. Ping pong and pool table inside also.. We had a blast and only wish we could’ve stayed longer 🥰

This is the location you’re looking for! In one week we did a day trip to Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, tubed down the river at Cape Fear in Lillington and went to a NC State in Raleigh- all wonderful and all easy because this home is at the perfect intersection of 40 and 42. The local restaurants around the corner are fantastic. The homeowners have thought of everything you can need from an amazing commercial washer and dryer down to the softest wash cloths to take off your makeup. We absolutely will staying here again!
