Absolutely best stay I’ve ever experienced. I came for my birthday with friends, and between Kathy’s dedication to making the stay as special and magical as possible, and the delicious breakfast and wonderful house management by Liana and Nery, this stay provided a truly memorable trip that I will forever be grateful for. The home is a paradise, and what a wonderful surprise the beach club was. We read about it, but couldn’t even believe how awesome and stunning it was! We enjoyed surfing lessons and dinners there, and couldn’t get enough of the hammocks. Can’t recommend Kathy and Stephen’s home enough, it’s simply heaven. Great food, great location, great people, and a great host. Be sure to go to Don Ramiro for dinner—an excellent chef who creates an intimate and friendly space like no other.

Our group of 10 stayed and had a great time. We ate out for 90% of our stay because we needed all our fridge space to keep drinks cold. It was a very hot therefor fridge has a hard time keeping up. We are a group that enjoys cold beer and ice. we made ice constantly and probably bought more than $300US in ice. we brought yeti backpack coolers thankfully. The grocery stores are a distance from the house. We found it was basically the same price as going out. all the Local restaurants were delicious and great selection. The property is excellent for 10 people. Costa Rican Authentic We honestly could not believe how hot the temperatures are in Costa Rica. We spent most of our time swimming Ocean and pool. Great shade around pool area. Loved open kitchen/ living area.

We had a great stay and found everything as described. Moises, the local contact, was extremely helpful already in advance of our stay to halp making everything tailored to our needs. Plenty of space and -other then in other rental houses- you will find all kind of different amenities, from e.g. spices to coffee and pool towels. Worth noticing that the house is located on a hill in a rural area (great privacy and views) and hence you really need a 4x4 car to get there and you need like 15mins drive to any restaurant or supermarket. But they will even arrange for a private chef so that you don‘t need to leave the property if you don‘t want to. Everything extremely well equipped and maintained and for sure a clear recommendation to go there!

I highly recommend Villa Kaleo ! We had a fantastic week vacation. The location and views were superb and Jony is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special . The home is even more beautiful than the photos- we enjoyed the patio and pool overlooking the ocean- with spectacular sunsets. Walkable to the Main Street with many options for shops, boutiques restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the beach where we spend most of our time . Plenty of space w 3 Bedrooms + 3 baths for our family - very comfortable with all the amenities . HIGHLY recommend !! We hope to be back one day soon.!

Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

How to describe our experience at Villa Guanacaste in one word: WOW. Before we left, Melanie was extremely kind and answered our questions. She gave us plenty of practical and relevant information. She and her husband were very responsive to our questions. When we arrived, we were fortunate to meet Stéphanie who was also able to advise us on our stay. The backyard was beautiful with the pool, tiki bar, outdoor space and vegetation. The interior was very clean and contained everything you needed for family fun. When we left, Stephanie took the time to come and say goodbye to us. Whether before our arrival, on arrival or departure (not to mention the special touches), everything was perfect! The place was exactly as described. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Had breakfast and most suppers outside by the pool. Working with the concierges provided (Brenda) was extremely helpful. She organized, shuttle services, tours, restaurant reservations and a catamaran and was very responsive to all of our questions during the stay. Veronica the chef / cleaner for the mornings was very helpful and friendly. She made all of our breakfasts and cleaned up any mess from the night before and had a great energy. We used the go carts to drive to the beach club (10 minute go kart ride) , pickle ball (10 minute go kart ride) and for suppers at the JW Marriott (5 minute go kart ride away). Beaches are great and very close and walkable to driveable with a car or go karts. We had a car to go into Tamarindo to get groceries and go to the beaches and restaurants there as well, only a 15-20 minute drive once you are out of the resort. Overall a

Wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful condo. It was more than expected! We cooked breakfast and supper in the well appointed kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space - the beds were comfortable and linens very nice. All of the furnishings were top notch. The location can’t be beat. The beach was steps away and this condo has the best view. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and use of the boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board daily. We had Coco Loco delivered and ate at nearby restaurants - Margaritaville, Camparino, Surf Box etc. Between Alejandro and Blue Zone and the concierge at The Palms, our every question and request was taken care of. They booked transportation for us, helped to rent us a golf cart for the week, booked excursions, gave area recommendations and just made our whole trip seamless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Costa Rica.

Beautiful home and outdoor space

As good as it gets! Totally exceeded expectations. Geralyn was a wonderful concierge who organized our tours and transportation as well as a private chef for our final night. The house, pool and property was even better than the photos. Great location, literally, above the fray way up on a hill. Walk to grocery store and a few restaurants. 5 minute drive to many more restaurants and activities. Loved everything about it.

Outstanding stay but bring everything you need before you go up there because at night its difficult to for taxis to find.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Hospitality was great and the house was exactly as described, pictures do not do justice for the amazing view, especially at sunset. The hosts were very attentive, we liked that there was a guard at all times even though we felt safe, we stepped out at night and he was there to greet us upon our late return. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

I could not recommend this home enough! We stayed for a few days and was perfect! Walking distance to all restaurants, steps from the beach, and steps away from the main beach clubs. Very private and safe feeling we stayed as a group of girls. The layout of the home is excellent it gives 4 separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for privacy. We would absolutely stay here again, the owners were so friendly with providing fruits and drinks upon our arrival, made it feel so special. 100% loved our stay!!

I cannot praise Casa Meraki and Ricardo highly enough. There were a few local challenges with power outages and water being cut off but Ricardo handled it all brilliantly. And he organised ATVs for us which was brilliant as well as fantastic local recommendations. A real treat to have stayed here …. absolutely worth it.

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful with amazing views, the pool and hot tub were a nice way to end our days. The place is spacious and comfortable. Gloria and Jose were great and we felt always like at home. We would definitely come back

It was an excellent place for a family reunion. Some of the rooms were locked when we arrived, but after communicating with Miguel he quickly resolved the issue. The property is beautiful, quiet, and very clean. Alfonso (who is on-site) took care of us well by making sure we had everything. I highly recommended it. Thank you Miguel!

My stay was amazing. The place is beautiful, comfortable and with lovely decor. Everything was impeccable and well-equipped, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The host was very cool, always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. Stephen's villa was amazing. My family and I ( 2 teen children and 1 husband) stayed for 8 wonderful nights and we were sad to leave...back to chilly Canada. As others have mentioned, Stephen's place is well stocked with kitchen necessities, spices, coffee etc.... I loved waking up every morning and having my coffee on the patio. We saw birds, cats and our friend, Lizzie the lizard every morning. There were lots of monkeys down by the beach in the mornings. We alternated between going to restaurants for dinner and cooking at home. We never did eat at any of the villa sol restaurant. The only negative, which is by no means Stephen's fault is the night time raccoons. They prevented us from eating dinner on the patio outdoors. By night four though, we started playing music on our speaker, and it seemed to keep them at bay. I would 100% recommend Stephen's place and would not hesitate to stay again.

The condominium is beautiful very quiet with private beach, restaurant and supermarket there was no need to leave the house very nice, improved to the photos of advertising and Laura was always attentive to my inquiries and very kind allowed me to be with my 4 dogs. That was the best. We definitely want to come back. Thank you for letting us be in her house.

Tania's place was great! We had a great stay and loved the nature. From the patio we saw howler monkeys, white faced monkeys, agouti, coati, toucans, and parrots. Check-in was seamless and easy, even though we arrived late in the evening. Henri was very helpful with recommending where to go when we had a flat tire. 10/10 recommend this place!

Amazing property, very spacious, clean and modern. The host is very kind and accommodating. We'll definitely use this place again for future vacations.
