It is a very cozy room in the centre of Lagoa, walking distance to buses, shops etc. Spacious and quiet, great bed and big desk, well renovated room and clean. The flexible check in was great - I had to find a room for the same night before midnight, and the host responded right away and was ready to receive me despite the late hour. Wifi sometimes goes down, especially during video calls, due to router losing signal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially given that it was booked as an emergency.

Definitely got the real Brazilian experience here. Great neighborhood, I don’t think we saw any other tourists and very easy to get to the beach by Uber!

It was excellent the moments I spent during the stay and with the attention of Nis, who was a dear to us. The place is beautiful, clean, all new and very nice. My only reservation is about the distance from the historic center, it is necessary to be by car or uber, which is not a problem but it is good to be aware if you want to do everything on foot. I loved Tiradentes and the airbnb was wonderful, I would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean studio apartment with a cute, private lanai. We were across the road from the beach where the surfers go. We drove to nearby restaurants and the town of Jaco.

Listennnnn Everyone , This is The Best Place I Have Stayed In Sweet Trinidad. I Have Experinced Many Places Home In Trinidad But I Highly Recommend Jean- Paul’s Place. The Ambiance Inside and on That Beautiful Balcony Patio will Have You Speechless. The Mall is So Close and Easy Access To Highway. The Host Was Very Responsive & Helped Me with Anything I Needed. Beds & Bathrooms are Beautiful. Highly Recommend This Gem. Thank you and I will be returning.

The room is almost waterfront, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center. Access is very convenient! The only small inconvenience is the soundproofing of the room. Tui and Marcus were very understanding in allowing us to keep the room key a little longer than the original check-out time, so that we could enjoy the shower and change ourselves. Many thanks to them! We highly recommend this listing!

We end up at this place without thinking about it, and at the Arriving we were surprised by three doggy friends and Esthela who is an excellent host. The space is very small, but very welcoming. For one person and a few days is great. Kitchen with everything you need, 24h concierge, very quiet.

The appartment is very well located at walking distance from the Historic Center and most museums. Catalina is very friendly, communication with her was very easy at all times and she provided useful information about Cuenca. El apartamento esta en una muy buena localizacion cerca del Centro Historico y muchos museos. Catalina es muy amable y pude comunicarme con ella muy facil cualquier dia a cualquier hora. Ella tambien me ayudo con informacion sobre Cuenca.

The space was exactly like the photos and the area was walkable and quiet. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need for your stay. Will stay again once it’s available.
