Excellent service. The person in charge is very friendly. Everything was impeccable. Just like the photos, the strategic location, everything is close, safe and you have some co-working rooms. They are very useful and thus more areas of dispersion in the residential complex

If the place looks good in the photos, in person it is much better, it is a very well-distributed environment with the amenities that we use most on a daily basis. Excellent view, being a high floor you don't hear external noises such as vehicles or others and at night it allows for a good rest.

Excellent place. Clean and tidy. Very attentive host and answered our questions quickly. Very quiet area and the building has a gym, heated pool and rooftop... I'm definitely going back...

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

Everything is excellent, the house is better than what you see in the photos. Beautiful neighborhood, spacious, comfortable and very functional house. Carlos was always attentive and ready to answer any questions. Hopefully we'll be back

The house is really nice, it is literally in the middle of the forest, you can see the trees from every space in the house and there is a lot of silence, you can only hear some planes passing by very occasionally, the rest is pure noise from the wind, trees and birds. Inside the house there are many armchairs, chairs and everything to feel comfortable. The house's board games and books are great because both adults and children enjoy them. Comfortable beds and plenty of bedding available in the second floor closet. Although it was not so close to the city, the silence and the environment was very nice. Diego is a 10 out of 10, always attentive, he allowed us to check out late and his directions were perfect. We had a very nice time there.

Wonderful apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The environment is beautiful, well decorated, with all new utensils, and super complete! Good, clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, everything new and working. Come back for sure!

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

The apartment is just like the posts, the host and his manager are super friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the air in the children's room (it didn't turn on) and they changed it immediately, giving a quick response and according to the service. The unbeatable property has all the amenities available without any problems, without a doubt, a good choice.

The condominium has a lot to do, but there is a lack of attention on the issue of light, it rained a little bit the light is over. Stripping this detail was all very nice.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.
