Loft vacation rentals in Andes

The location of the loft is great, and the loft is really amazing, comfortable and impeccable, the hosts were super attentive and gave very helpful tips for my stay when I return to Blumenau would no doubt rent the loft again.

Everything was very well organized by Patrico and I had a very good and easy access to the apartment. I was particularly grateful to Patricio that I was able to move in a few hours before check-in after a long arrival and thus recover a little. I highly recommend the apartment, the location and also the host.

We recently stayed at the loft for two weeks. Sofia was easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We appreciated that someone met us on our arrival and showed us around. The apartment is spacious, bright, excellent A/C, great water pressure and hot water supply. We really enjoyed a bathroom on both levels. We felt that the area was very safe to walk around, even in the evening. And it is very convenient. Groceries, bakeries, restaurants , bars, bus stops, subway, whatever you need, is close by. We loved how green the area and Buenos Aires in general is. Tree lined streets and parks galore. Palermo Soho has a great fun and funky vibe. We think the loft is very good value for the fee and we would stay there again.

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Maria and Tatiana's place was so incredibly wonderful, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever, and I wish that we could have stayed longer. Next visit, we definitely will do so. I particularly have to praise Esteban. He was so gracious, an excellent host. My husband and I could not have asked for more. Esteban was prompt with his responses, very helpful. Our surroundings were private, beautiful, and quiet. We felt very safe! We were in walking distance to the historical center, great restaurants. Don't miss Los Geranios onLa Ronda. We walked everywhere and never had a problem. I highly recommend this place. Oh, we loved the fireplace, the balcony with gorgeous view, the great coffee, and the fantastic service! Estevan was our taxi driver and so very good. We are grateful to Esteban for taking such good care of us!

The stay was great. Highlighting the central location with easy access to restaurants, bars, squares and having everything you need in the loft and the availability of the host , made our stay very pleasant.

Great stay, wonderful flat, comfortable and enjoyable! Township of the mall, which has everything! Easy access, easy parking garage. Wonderful building structure! The only thing he didn't have was the electric jar.

Beautiful apartment. It has all the amenities. Excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. The balcony is very nice too. Super-equipped kitchen. The area is quite safe. If I come back to San Pablo, I would book again.

What a beautiful unit. I loved the big windows with the electronic blinds.. Exactly as described. Beautiful safe neighborhood.

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect and in a great location - safe area, walkable to everything, gated complex with security, super quiet (which I was shocked by because you’re in the middle of it all!). Bed was very comfortable, just be careful of the lower ceilings upstairs if you’re tall! It was great to have a washing machine available in the unit. Water pressure wasn’t the strongest and it gets SUPER hot, but didn’t really matter to us really. Daniel was the most responsive host we’ve ever experienced on Airbnb - sent us a ton of recommendations in the area, offered to bring us water, get pesos for us, etc. We’d absolutely stay here again! I stayed for 5 days at Maria's Loft. It had everything from utensil, bed and bath linens, outlets, everything accessible. I liked it a lot , I didn't miss anything. In addition to the considerable space for three people . I'd come back again. Thank you

Great place, clean, well equipped and very friendly check in staff. Host responded quickly to some questions and very polite. The place is very good, safe and close to restaurants and attractions.

Bruna was extremely efficient and empathetic, as a mishap occurred in the region and she dismissed a service of excellence, congratulations and thanks. Local and fantastic service, great cost-benefit, super recommend.

Great stay! The only mention worthy cons were the chickens which screamed at the crack of dawn everyday and the occasional bugs and lizards. Otherwise great stay and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again 🙏🏽
