Vacation rentals with lake access in Andes

Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility in check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lake house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Highly recommended if you are a large group who wants to have fun and relax. There are mini-markets nearby to stock up if necessary and the housekeeper is super friendly. Many thanks, Claudio!

Excellent stay. The house is very nice and with all the amenities to enjoy as a family. Spacious, clean and comfortable places. The outside is wonderful, a nice pool, gazebo and a tub that we enjoyed a lot. Tomas is a very good host, very concerned and responds quickly to any concerns or requests. This is an absolute dream house. You will not want to leave the house if you rent here. Perfect location to relax, recharge and take the astonishing views of Bariloche in. I can't wait to come back!

The host was very solicitous, gave me several tips and helped me with everything I needed on site. The house is new, it's all tidy and has all the utensils you need to stay. There is a beautiful lake in front of the pool, with fish and they leave fishing rods. The pool is also very nice. Unfortunately our linen and towels were not in perfect condition. The water is of well, which means that it presents strong color and odor many times. We also feel a lot of flies and insects, so if you bother with it, maybe it's not a good choice.

Our stay at Leo's house was perfect! It was an extremely pleasant stay with all the possibilities you have (e.g. being able to rent a boat and jet ski), which we will remember for a long time. By boat or jet ski, apart from the fun, you have the opportunity to explore the beautiful area in a special way. The house is perfectly located with plenty of green space (which belongs to the house), very modernly designed and has everything you need. From the terrace you have an optimal view of La Piedra del Peñol. Perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends or family. Each bedroom also has a unique view of nature through the large glass windows. We would definitely book it again!

The apartment, exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photos it has all necessary support, cleanliness and impeccable organization, the condominium is very safe all very well cared for clean impeccable, the employees all very polite and helpful. The region and surroundings have beautiful beaches. D Rosilda is a very polite and helpful host.

Rekah went above an beyond to accommodate me as far as my check in and departure was concerned, also the complementary items she provided was really helpful until i made it to the supermarket. The facility was clean, quiet, beautiful and my family and I felt really safe there. We had all the amenities needed and then some. Beautiful environment to stroll around. The pond, the gezibo, sitting outside on the back porch sipping my mornimg coffee and enjoying to sunshine. It will definitely be a place we return to on other visits to Trinidad.

My stay was very good and quiet. For those who are looking for a quiet place there and ideal,a little far from the center 10 to 15 minutes by car. the recreational place and well taken care of the good of the place that you can take everything to the leisure area. Very nice apartment, beautiful wide view with a lovely hammock to chill out. Everything you need for a pleasant stay on a beautiful complex on the lake with super facilities!

We were only in Guatape for the night but Christian’s place was perfect and I wish we stayed longer. It’s just outside the town but only a 6-10 minute walk to get anywhere. We were able to make great use of the space for the short time we were there. Christian’s recommendations were also great and he was very accommodating and responsive.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my time in Guatape. Andres’s home is absolutely beautiful—exactly as described and even better than the photos. It was spotless when I arrived. The location is fantastic. It’s close to everything. The Lake and mountain view are breathtaking. The building is new and it’s the most modern in Guatape. The kitchen has plenty of utensils for me to cook. It has two bathroom. Andrés is a thoughtful and responsive host, always quick to communicate and make sure everything was perfect. I’m so grateful for the hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it’s an absolute gem!

Everything was excellent, to get there was something complicated, the public address took us nearby but not to the entrance. Only that should be improved. The Very nice host and came out to get us even.

Our stay was wonderful. The space offers many activities for entertainment: swimming pool, barbecue, beach tennis court, landowner, library with very diverse books and excellent children's books, game room with table tennis, pool and toy library, as well as the special area underneath the well-lit flamboyant with wooden chairs and a spectacular central wood stove. We were delighted with the view of the site to Lake Corumbá and well-equipped kitchen. The area features very few mosquitoes/flies, quiet environment without noise nearby and well lit at night. The point that for our family was limiting because of the type of car we have was the clay road. This stretch worried us, as the access to reach any home to Lake Corumbá is quite difficult for low cars like ours. The structure of the house and what it offers are inviting and enough to want to enjoy the many things it has to offer. Large and amazing space.

A wonderful place, the hosts are very polite, helpful, we have been greeted with a treat and respond promptly! The house was organized, clean, a super quiet, familiar and cozy atmosphere! The differential is the canvas, in which we had a lot of fun and the top that provides a breathtaking view! We will definitely return!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mariela’s! Honestly, the pictures don’t even do it justice— the house and the lake are so beautiful. The house was easy to get to as it was not far off of the main road to and from town. We had everything the 7 of us could need and it was also close to public beach access. Whenever someone didn’t want to go out one day, they could have a lovely and peaceful day at the beach less than a 5 minute walk away. Mariela was always available for guidance and any questions we had. Cannot recommend more!

If you want to go to safety, I totally recommend this cabin/house next to the .lago, everything is very tidy and the best peace of mind for rest and enjoy the lake, in all ways we will return

The house in the countryside was a great experience, for those who seek tranquility. The house is very simple and very comfortable, it has a very cosy rusticity. It has basic kitchen items, sufficient for quick meals. We couldn't tune anything on the TV, but it wasn't even needed. The children were able to run and play a lot, fish, make a fire. We recommend the space for families with Pet 😉

I spent an amazing stay in this house in front of Lago Calafquén. The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, with a spectacular view and a peaceful setting that truly invites you to rest. Francisca was always on the lookout for what she was asked, very worried. Also, I would like to emphasize that the space was very suitable for traveling with an older adult with reduced mobility, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Undoubtedly, a 100% recommended place for those looking for comfort, nature and tranquility. I would return without hesitation!

You realize that you will have a good stay already when the host makes the first contact. We love Renato's cottage! It is just fantastic, it has everything we need and extremely well cared for. Even complete and much better than in the photos. Standout for the Beach Tennis Court which is a differential and very cool! The host was very attentive, he gave us several tips near the house. We'll be back!
