Excellent! The house is located in a quiet place, very nice view and is very well equipped. Martín was always attentive to our questions and gave us many recommendations for the place.

We were delighted with the house! Sleeping with the sound of the sea was one of the best experiences of the trip — something that, personally, is even more amazing than the photos show. The house is extremely clean, cozy and well cared for. We were warmly welcomed by Rafael and Lu, who were super attentive and friendly. Francisco was also amazing: from the first contact, he was always helpful and even sent us several tips on what to do in the area. But I confess that we could hardly leave the house — we were so enchanted with the place that we just wanted to enjoy the view. I'm already counting the days to return, and next time I want to explore all Francisco's tips! Our dog also had a great time at the beach. It was an unforgettable experience!

This house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. We spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the pool, hot tub and view. I highly recommend some time relaxing at the house. Fabian was very helpful in planning excursions. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! We also were grateful for enough seating for everyone in our party both outside and in the living room. We did have a 1 year old with us and that was challenging in the layout of the house but we made it work. Highly recommend this house and this area. So much to do! Do the daytime Mangrove tour and guided MA park tour. Pura Vida!

If I could give 1 million stars I would. We stayed for 8 days in the orange house and this was the most amazing home, amazing location, amazing hosts. Usually pictures look better online than in person, this was the opposite. The pictures on the listing are accurate, but it’s 100000x better in person, Marlin and his wife Claudia were the absolute best hosts. They were helpful, gave advice, suggestions and really helped us have a “locals experience”- Saigon Bay is special. For us it was the perfect location, we rented bikes (he has covered parking with plug ins to charge) We didn’t have any issues, but anytime we needed laundry or to ask anything, they were immediately available. He has the BEST local bug “oil” that you will want and I’m fairly certain every single hummingbird in the world came to our deck daily. The AC in the bedroom worked great, and there are multiple fans throughout the home. They have a fridge with beers, waters, eggs and some other items and offer 5 gallon jug

Absolutely fabulous host and stay. Sophie is extremely detail oriented and leaves no stone unturned. From the moment we booked, to our departure she was thorough and precise. The home was very peaceful and very well maintained and exactly as described. We all loved the patio and the shared pool and community area. As an extra treat, my two daughters were able to do a short painting session with Sophie at the end of our stay. Great stay for families or couples looking to get a bit off the beaten path and enjoy a tranquil environment. Would definitely recommend this host and this home when visiting Playa Grande. Local guide book and FAQ's were also helpful.

This is the second time we've stopped at the gray loft. As comfortable as the first, “still boat, inner dwelling...” ME Walsh would say. This time we had bad weather. Outside wind and rain, a pleasure to see the waves and the movement of birds, sea and clouds from the loft. And the light in the rock house. We can't stop showing photos and telling our friends. The Pacific at our feet, what more can we ask for.

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were spacious and secure, with security personnel always visible. The surrounding area was delightful to explore, with everything conveniently located within a short distance. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Jean&Fernando's place is very beautiful. It is large and very comfortable with wonderful design, has lots of windows for great light and a nice view onto the neighborhood. The kitchen has everything needed for a stay, including a nice coffee maker. The bathroom and powder room are phenomenal and the apartment has very comfortable in floor heating (we were there in the winter). The building has a concierge who is incredible friendly and attentive. The building is in the Puerto Madero neighborhood. It is a very modern area with lots of great restaurants and bars. A large supermarket is conveniently just one block away, and there is a very good bakery in the ground floor of the building. Most other neighborhoods are in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, the photos portray it well! Very tidy, with all the amenities. In addition, Claudinei was always very polite, responding quickly and answering all questions. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Pablo's accommodation was the best, first, the studio is VERY clean and beautiful, the view of the Beagle Canal is indescribable. The sunrises you can see from the apartment are incredible, Pablo was always clear with the check-in and check-out instructions, he answered our messages as soon as we wrote to him and even kept our bags after Check-out. Everything was very pleasant, the apartment is on a hill and about 3-4 blocks from Av. San Martín but the view and comfort are totally worth it. Thank you Pablo for your kindness and attention. If we ever come back, we hope to stay here again.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Beatriz and Valdemar's place is perfect, it's just like the photos. It's very well equipped. I highlight the good quality of the sheets and towels. Valdemar is a very attentive person, who is willing to help. The building manager is very friendly and helpful. The studio is located on a main street, close to places to eat and shop. A few blocks from the beach and the Laguna. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely come back.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
