Cabin vacation rentals in Alpine

Fantastic stay. It was exactly what we were looking for - an escape from the city, being out in nature, sitting in the hot tub under the stars. Love the cute town of Julian, and the house was very homey - had everything you could ever need for a very comfortable stay. Will definitely be coming back! Jason is a great host - responded to every question very quickly and thoroughly, and had great recommendations.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

This was a great place to stay in Tecate. For me it was what we needed. A calm place to be at the pool 😊

If you are looking for a comfortable place right in downtown Julian— this is the place for you. You are minutes to everything the town has to offer. We really loved that. The house has everything you need. There were 7 of us and the only drawback was that the downstairs room/bathroom has a totally separate entrance, so you had to go outside to access it. Overall would stay again!

I highly recommend this Lake Cuyamaca getaway for rest, relaxation, hiking, views, and lake fun. The hosts thought of everything so we felt right at home. We will definitely stay again in the future when we need to get out of the city.

A cute little space, perfect for a weekend getaway! I loved the view from the big window in the living room. The space is ideal for one or two people, but I stayed with two friends, and while it was a bit tight, we still had a great time. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to work or do something important. We used this as an opportunity to unplug and relax. We especially loved the vinyl record player—it added such a cozy vibe! The small town is famous for its apple pies, and we tried a great spot called Mom’s Pies. Highly recommend! The road is pretty narrow and edgy but we made it on Tesla 3.

Matt was quick the respond from the very beginning. I was looking for a cozy place to have Thanksgiving this year. Matt was able to provide information I needed and was able to accommodate my requests of having some dishes for the meals for Thanksgiving. They had everything I needed to make meals, had plenty of spices and condiments in the fridge. Matt reached out every step of the way as our stay got closer. Everything was clean and the bathroom little toiletries were awesome! The coffee machine with the different pods was awesome! The yard was great and my toddler enjoyed putting peanuts out for the birds. We used the outdoor games that were provided and the fire pit to make some smores. My toddler also enjoyed the little books that were in the house. They had some of his favorites! We went into town twice during our stay. I was surprised at how close it actually was. I would recommend Matt's property if you are looking for cozy, home feel peoperty. Thanks for everything Matt!

We had a lovely time at the cowboy cabin. It was just what we needed for a quiet weekend. Everything in the cabin was well thought out, so you could enjoy the rustic surroundings with plenty of creature comforts, like tons of extra blankets . Especially loved all the cute cowboy knickknacks and antiques. My pup was also loved the open space and all the country smells. Hope to be back soon!

Daniel’s cabin was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. It had all the appliances we need to cook food throughout the trip. His place was close to Julian. I would recommend this place.

Nicole responds faster than a 5 star hotel concierge! Very pleasant stay. We were about an hour early, having overestimated our commute time. Place was not ready. Neighbors have a lot of ugly clutter in their front yards which takes a little bit away from the experience. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely return.

I loved staying at this place!!!!! It was so beautiful! We only stayed for a short period of time but it was lovely. We woke up to a beautiful view of the sky and surroundings! The place was incredible. John communicated with me very well and he was so friendly! We’re definitely coming back to stay at their air bnb! This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love Julian and T’s place is hands down our favorite cabin we’ve stayed at. We love getting to watch all the birds outside. All of the interior decorations are so well done. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful getaway.

The space was exactly what we needed to reset. Plenty of room for my daughter and I to relax and unwind. Comfortable bed! Amazing pots and pans for full meal cooking! Lovely area to be in. Christina’s natural interactions with the animals is beyond impressive and being able to interact with the animals as much or as a little or you wish is a blessing in disguise. My daughter came alive out here and we have some impressive strong ladies and their dedication to this place to thank! We will be back! Again and again! Christina was kind, helpful, and direct in all her communication. Oh and the laundry on site was a God send!

Jonna was very responsive whenever needed before and during our stay. The instructions were clear and concise. Our request for an extension to our stay was easy and seamless. The home was in a secluded part of the woods, which is exactly what we were looking for. Everything that we needed was provided in advance.

Unique house on a unique property with a stunning view. We loved it.

This was our second stay at the cabin and just as wonderful! A beautiful peaceful location outside of central Julian and well-stocked with everything you need, including heaters for the colder months. We’ll be back again.

Our family of 4 came back this December after staying at Sara's place last year. It is our favorite airbnb and quick local getaway. So thoughtfully and beautifully designed while still feeling comfortable and cozy. Amazing star viewing at night, perfect location (super close to the town) and comfortable beds. We will be back next year! Thank you Sara.

Beautiful views and scenery. Very modern and furnished inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun escape!

I would return in a heart beat! The host is very quick to reply to any questions and is very accommodating. The outside area has great shade and is a very relaxing spot to hang out.
