We stayed for a month. It was perfect. Nilu's place felt like home. Everything we needed was there. Also, the place was in perfect conditions. Nilu was very accessible and responsive. We will definitely stay again at Nilu's place for our next visit to the area. The location was great with very ease access to I-5 and very closet to the beach. thank you Nilu.

This is a great place to stay in the San Diego Area. The apt is beautiful exactly as pictured. Hunter and Katherine were extremely responsive and always helpful. The neighborhood is safe, and is walkable to a lot of amazing cafes/restaurants. The apt has access to a secured parking space . The attention to detail in the apt especially in the kitchen and bathroom area was impressive. They have beach supplies, high chair and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable to sleep as well. Would highly recommend this place.

Lauren and Ron are amazing! We had some (tbh, unreasonable) last minute requests and they went out of their way to accommodate it all. Their place was super cute and well equipped, better than any other airbnb I've stayed in. They have chargers everywhere, well-placed lamps and dimmer switches, fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, knives, spices), coffee grinder+beans (even decaf!) and french press, there's even a tiny waffle iron. There are really helpful signs all over that help you adjust. The AC and wifi are excellent. It feels like they must have lived in one of these to know how to equip it so well. We also love the area! It's super quiet, an excellent location a few streets away from bustling Brooklyn-esque high streets in North Park. The listing is for an efficient 1br on the ground floor a few feet away from another airbnb and the main house. If you see the "Penthouse" available (the unit above this one) I'd splurge for that just for the views, but this one is also great.

Sommers house was comfortable and cozy. Very comfortable bed!! On the smaller side but good for two people, my boyfriend and I kept saying we wish we could rent the apartment that’s how much we loved it. Thanks again Sommer!

We had a wonderful stay at Mario and Shislandia's home! The location was amazing—quiet, safe, and conveniently situated. The designated parking space was a great touch, and there was also plenty of additional street parking. The home itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate four guests, with room for up to six if two are willing to sleep on the couches. The access to a half bath would be especially useful for larger groups. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond to any questions, making the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Me and my group really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy. We even made good use of the hot tub which was nice for 55 degree weather! We even got to watch Netflix outside while in the hot tub. Loved how peaceful the neighborhood was too.

We had a wonderful time during our extended stay in La Jolla! We had our 1 year old and there was a bunch of helpful baby items at the house (pack n play, high chair, baby bathtub, some toys, etc.). 10 min walk to the beach — we stopped at the local coffee shop every morning and walked down to the water. The backyard was a great place to relax both during the day and at night. We hope to come back!

We had multiple families, and the three-house layout worked great. It was never crowded, and the fire pit was a nice place to hang out.

Very friendly and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again. We needed assistance when checking in and the hosts were at the residence within minutes. Awesome customer service.

Beautiful home exactly like the pictures!! Check in was easy the only sad part was checking out! My only two complaints I must say is using the hot tub it’ll have steam coming out but it’s not really hot hot, & taking a shower in the master bedroom water wasn’t really hot other than that 10/10

Nikesh’s place felt like right at home. The vibes were immaculate. We love the patio seating in the front and in the back of the home. The parking was a little complicated to get to as it was a tight drive in, but Nikesh provided a video with clear instructions on how to park in front of their home. If you’re a new driver, it can be a little intimidating! Overall, our stay was amazing!

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

Great place! Fer is very thorough with the check-in instructions which make it easier to get around the property. The building is very private and makes you feel safe. Fer’s apartment is beautiful and squeaky clean! Spotless!!! Great views of the ocean from the balcony. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Fer’s Airbnb.

Wonderful Airbnb! This is the second time we spent Thanksgiving week there and it was lovely once again!

I live local but wanted to be closer to the beach with family visiting from out of town. We enjoyed it there. You can walk everywhere which is very convenient. Ur was too chilly to get in the water but the sunsets never ever get cold. You can sit on the balcony and people watch day and night as well which is entertaining in Pacific Beach.

Got to say the picture of the view doesn’t do it justice once you view it in person. A very beautiful scenery, I would 100 percent recommend this spot for a get away trip or you just need some relaxing time please do check it out and it was clean and easy to understand the check in and out overall we felt right at home

This was our third stay at a Sea Point condo, and when we return to the area, and we will look for this unit first. It has an ocean view from both levels, it is very nicely upgraded, it is quiet, and our Thanksgiving stay was delightful. Prior to arrival our contact was host Catherine, and while there our contact was her property manager John, and both were very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you to both.

We enjoyed our stay and would like to return to take more advantage of the beach and swimming pool. Great for beach and long walks, ocean air. Lovely place and well organized.

Susan’s residence was perfect. The location was amazing, it was clean, as well as affordable. When I arrived, I was unsure where to pick the keys up, but Susan responded immediately and helped me locate them. I would recommend Susan’s residence.
