Mitzi cabin is absolutely perfect! My husband and I enjoyed every minute! We didn’t want to leave. The cabin is so beautiful and with the string lights around the porch and creek it was the perfect 20th anniversary trip! We throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and serene area.. If you are considering booking DO IT! You wont regret it.. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a blast staying out in the mountains. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed. The A-frame cabin was beautiful inside and out. We could not have chosen any where better to stay for a weekend.

My husband and I stayed for a month at the house and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and beautiful with the music of a rushing streamf filling the house everyday when we opened up the French doors. It was refreshing to see that the house actually matched all of the photos and the amenities that were listed. It was great to have a grocery store and a restaurant within 15 minutes of the house. we loved it so much. we're going to come back again next year.

Beautiful location, place as described. Jacuzzi was great. Lots of hot water. Good water pressure, good shower. Bed was comfortable. Donnie was helpful and responsive.

Adorable little cabin! My best friend and I went for a girls trip and enjoyed sitting on the back porch, listening to the birds and creek flow. Perfect little getaway spot with everything you would need! Close to wineries and downtown.

The place was beautiful and private with great views and not too far away. Linda & Michael were wonderful. They were very nice, helpful and ready to meet any need to make our stay relaxing and memorable. We look forward to going back in the future.

Laura's place was very nice - just what we needed. Easy to find - looks just like the photo. We mostly were there just to sleep and make coffee in the mornings, and we had just what we needed! Checkout from this airbnb was the simplest I have ever experienced!

This was our second time staying at Christal’s cabin. We love the artistic whimsical style of the decor and the rustic charm of this unique property. The location is perfect for walking to King Street. This would not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues because the two steps up into the kitchen are extremely tall, but it was perfect for us. If we are ever back in Boone with our dog, we would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay there in the future. The house and grounds were very nice. Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. We appreciated having a gas stove to cook on (many places have electric) and cast iron cookware to cook with! The covered porch with the gas fire was very nice too! Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay. That porch is EVERYTHING! The property is a way out of town so be prepared. As the description states it is an old schoolhouse with a lot of charm. There is no central air, so at first it seemed stuffy and humid in the home. Maybe it had not been rented in a while? Not sure...We were fine though! The kitchen is stocked very well. The beds were comfortable. We loved getting to speak with Darlene and meeting all the doggies!

The view!!!! Ken’s place is a great place to get some rest and listen to the sounds of nature. I loved sitting on the large deck and listening to the birds with no other noise pollution. There was a birds nest on the deck and enjoyed watching the parents feed the babies. Peaceful sums it up more than anything. It was clean and had everything we needed. I hope we get to visit Ken’s place again.

Serene, quiet, clean, set up for families. We rented it for graduation weekend for Appalachian State and it was perfect. Rachel has created a beautiful space that feels like home. Super clean, easy walk to the river, breathtaking views and surroundings. Everything is there that you need to enjoy your time there, but remember to bring soap, shampoo etc, and if you need to do laundry, detergent. There is detergent provided for your checkout loads, and there were cleaning products just like you probably have at home to keep her home as clean as you keep yours- would love to stay to there again!

We just returned from another wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. This was our fourth stay at Cathy's cabin, and it never disappoints. The cabin is very clean, comfortable, and well laid out, and the view out over the valley below is stunning. We have never had any problems or complaints, which is why we have made it our favorite spot to stay when up in the Blue Ridge area. We will be going back.

We have stayed at Dream Rock 8 times in the past 4 years, and every time has been perfect. Karen and Bill are wonderful! They are so friendly and thoughtful and go above and beyond to make sure that every guest has a great stay. We always feel like family when we are there. The bungalow is very comfortable, clean, and has everything we need. We arrive with our groceries and rarely leave. Karen has done an amazing job decorating the bungalow and the beautiful landscaping and stream. And surrounding views are so peaceful. The porch has the most comfortable rockers built by Bill where we spend our days reading and playing ball with the very friendly shepherds, Max and Joe, who hang out with us all day. The sweet older husky, Folger, with beautiful blue eyes, also visits with us throughout the day. There are nearby towns for shopping and dining and outdoor places for hiking, biking, paddling activities, etc., but we primarily go to relax and enjoy seeing Karen, Bill, and the dogs.

Our family stayed at Susan’s home over Memorial Day weekend. The check in process was simple. When we walked in, we felt right at home! The house was exceptionally clean, inviting with peaceful surroundings and mountain views. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also very clean. The living area accommodated our family of 6 just fine! We loved the large porch with chairs and a nice swing. Susan was an amazing host and also responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely place to land! Couldn’t have been happier with the experience of the place. Mark was incredibly clear and proactive in communication that made everything a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here!
