House vacation rentals in Allegan County

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is gorgeous and so spacious! We were there for a girls trip (8 girls) and never once did we have to wait for sharing the bathroom because there are so many! The beds were comfortable and the view from the living room of the woods was so serene! The heated pool was great and so was the hot tub! Ana was super responsive and very nice! We accidentally knocked the chlorine filter out of the hot tub and it cracked and Ana told us accidents happen and did not charge us extra for it, which was super nice! One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in!

The area of Saugatuk and Douglas is fabulous with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The town is very quaint and picturesque. A lot of great farm to table restos and a wonderful farmer's market. The place was gorgeous with a pool. And a lot of towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. The "baby suite" was especially nice with a fridge in the basement. And the rooms upstairs had a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another smaller room and a room with bunk beds share a bathroom. The shower heads were great! Nice fluffy beddings and we all slept well with lots of privacy between families and kids. The living room and kitchen were very nice with enough room for kids to play and great for dinners and breakfast. Great patio area for reading, working and relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful family stay! Our home away from home. Very relaxing and we loved staying at this house. We'll be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is gorgeous, the kitchen is phenomenal with everything you would need to cook. Tons of kids activites and the decor is remarkable! The pool, jacuzzi, multiple fire places and throughout home audio was great! We loved it so much, we never left and extended our stay for an additional night. We look forward to another stay at this location, worth every penny! Thank you for being amazing hosts!

Kristi was a fantastic host and made everything very simple. The house is, simply, gorgeous with ample room for every activity you can think of. The house is on a very secluded lot with 2 neighbors that we didn't see or hear once. Easy driving distance to local shops. The only (minor) negative was the listed Pickleball court. Unfortunately, it is not a regulation court and there is not enough room for full games. That said, any kids or non-regular Pickleball people can definitely use it and enjoy it.

The home is in the middle of the woods off a dirt road. It was quiet and easy to find. The door lock system was a little confusing to me as often the numbers appeared in two bubbles and we didn’t know which one was correct. But we persevered and was able to get in every time. The home was modestly decorated which I appreciated very much. Just enough decor to make it homey but not too much to make it an overload. The floors were pristine clean. I walked in bare feet and the floors had zero debris. The beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen. The upstairs master bed and bath were both spotless and comfortable. Warm blankets with throw in every bed. Three more bedrooms downstairs. Enough rooms for all of us. Easy to check out. Great home. We found stores nearby for those last minute groceries. Absolutely great home. We all enjoyed it. Comfortable for 5 of us for three days while we attended a wedding nearby.

I stayed here for my best friend's bachelorette party, and it was the perfect spot! Everyone was comfortable, it was home-y, spacious, and had great amenities! Chris gave clear instructions on everything and was extremely kind. Highly recommend!

Our third stay at Rob’s lovely cottage. We keep coming back because the location is just wonderfully serene and has plenty of opportunities for walks in nature while only being minutes away from Saugatuck’s downtown, Douglas, or Holland.

Really enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to a great coffee shop/restaurant (Pennyroyal) and perfect if you are going to a wedding at Ivy House. Downtown saugatuck was a very short ride away.

Sean's place was perfect for our girls weekend. Great amenities, we lacked for nothing. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to shops and restaurants. We especially loved the closed in front porch where we spent much of our time there. We're already talking about our return trip.

They stay was absolutely wonderful and met all of our needs! We had 4 small kids and they LOVED running up and down the long hallway. The amount of bathrooms to room ratio was awesome. I was worried when we first showed up and the backyard was covered in goose poop to where it made it unusable. But I was glad to see the next morning there was a group of people to came to pick all of it and they returned every morning to do so. This was amazing and allowed us to utilize such an awesome feature of the home. The fence by the beach also gave us peace of mind for the kiddos. I was a little disappointed that I missed in the listing that this location only had a charcoal grill since they mentioned a gas grill on some of generic location offerings. We reached out to confirm and they promptly got back to us that they were booked or we would have been able to do borrow one, but we made the charcoal grill work. Just something to note if you stay here. Overall a great stay for a family vacation!!

Great stay. We had a wonderful time and the arcade games were a bonus. House was so cozy. It started snowing just as we arrived so the views were gorgeous-even had a few deer show up to complete the view. Perfect place for a winter getaway-cant wait to stay there again in the summer.

We had a great stay at Sondra’s place to celebrate a birthday weekend. Was the perfect size for our group of 15, private enough for us to spend quality time together yet still only about 6 minutes from downtown! Gorgeous house

One of the best Air BnBs I’ve rented! Place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had kids of all ages and there were a lot of games indoor and outdoor for all of them plus the adults too! The bounce house, pool, and hot tub were used all weekend by everyone and the deck is perfect for hanging out. Drove out to Silver Lake and took some rides around the sand dunes, which was an easy 1 1/2 hr drive from the house. We even used the pizza oven and it was fantastic. The cherry on top was that the day of checkout we didn’t have to strip the beds, start the laundry, sweep/vacuum, and other things Air BnBs usually want done when you’re also paying a hefty cleaning fee!! This place was worth every penny and would not hesitate to book here again.

We had a great stay! The house is very centrally located, walkable to groceries and great restaurants, well furnished and decorated, has comfortable beds, and is extremely clean and well equipped. You won’t be disappointed. Check with the host before packing picnic/beach equipment, games or other extras, because the house most likely has everything you’ll need. We will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Maple Acres!! The home was cozy, well stocked, and had lots of fun toys and activities for our kiddos (as well as helpful items like a high chair and guard rail for bottom bunk)! We loved watching for wildlife out the big windows in dining room and living room! The stairs are steep to second floor and the place isn’t totally childproofed, so just be aware if you’re bringing small children. We loved how close we were to Holland and Saugatuck and it was reasonably priced for Tulip Time!

Dani’s place was amazing. Even though the weather was bad, we enjoyed the community pool, playing games, watching movies, and exploring the town. Dani was such a great communicator and easy to work with. Their place is incredibly well designed and makes you feel right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even had beach towels for the pool!! Can’t wait to come back again.

The house was great. Clean and comfortable. We had 8 of us for a girls weekend and it fit everyone perfect. I was Disappointed there was such a large cleaning fee but we were expected to wash dishes, put them away and have the kitchen counter wiped down. I’ve never been to an Airbnb like that.

This is a beautifully kept home both inside and out! The location is close to everything yet feels very private and secluded. It’s only a short drive to either holland or saugatuk and there is a lot to do in both cities. Highly recommend staying here!

Sanctuary Woods Estate is very large yet so cozy and comfortable. So much space for our 10 guests and plenty of activities for the school-aged children. Outdoor areas are awesome too. We were so happy with the cleanliness of the home and it’s very well stocked with all essentials. Stayed three nights but wish we could stay much longer. I definitely recommend this house to everyone, and you’ll want to bring your family and friends to experience the peacefulness and tranquility. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood also.
