Be my guest while I am away and forget your worries in this home with rustic charm and homey feel with the property having only 2 neighbors on either side located on a quiet street. Across the street on the front side offers a city park and the back has no neighbors/ alley with a big pasture perfect for watching sunsets. A one person hottub is available on back patio under the pergola. Also on patio is a Traeger grill and firepit. Pull your car in the garage and be hidden away for your stay.

The Little House on the Prairie is nestled in the heart of the Nebraska Sandhills. We are a mere ten minutes from the Calamus River and Calamus Lake (west end) which offers tanking, tubing, boating, and beaching. Bootleg Brewers is our neighbor to the south, only a 20 minute drive. Local grocery store, coffee shop and world class golf courses within 30 miles are a few highlights. The local airport is great for private pilots.

The townhouse was extremely clean, it was very private and peaceful. Cowboy Trail was right next to the townhome which was great. We did not do any cooking in the kitchen but coffeemaker worked great. Jacob was very responsive. Will keep this place in mind since we do like the area and visited frequently.

From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. It was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities that we needed. Sondra was quick with responses to any questions I had and is a great host! I would highly recommend to stay there if you're ever in the area.

My father, grandfather and I stayed in this Airbnb for a hunting trip. It was perfect for our group there was lots of space and it had a homey feel to it. We are planning to use it again next year. Jennie was very nice and checked up with us to make sure that we didn’t need anything. It is definitely a rustic cowboy style home as described. 10/10 we loved it!
