Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach townhouse. Pet-friendly with a bike and walking path right outside your front door. Walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and creamery. Private back yard patio area to relax and enjoy. Plenty of space for parking. This is a no-smoking property. The policy in our house rules, smoking is prohibited inside the property and there will be an additional cleaning fee for violations.

My daughter and I had a great time (she is 15, and Chincoteague is one of her favorite places). We were both very comfortable in the place. As a nonfiction author - and a bit of Civil War buff - I also appreciated that there were some nice books on hand!

A lovely and relaxing place to stay! The back porch is the best part. You can look out on the marshy water over to Asssateague. We even spotted the ponies. The electric fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen gave us everything else we could have wanted.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. We especially enjoyed sitting on the little balcony outside of our room and watching the lighthouse at night. It was a peaceful stay. We felt very well communicated with and catered to by the host. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Sherry was amazing. Very accommodating! We booked late and she was responsive and accommodated us last minute. Place was very nice and it was cool being so close to Chincoteague. Even the dog liked it. The whole place was very comfortable. Thank you again, Sherry. We had a great stay.

Lighthouse View - Waterfront, Lighthouse Views

Television is how I go to sleep. I specifically told you I need that before I arrived. The tv in the bedroom should have detailed instructions with the remotes. I tried everything but only got it to come on for 10 minutes once and not at bedtime. I did figure out the one downstairs tv worked but doing the same upstairs didn't work. I tried all inputs and stayed on the one you had on the tv. This caused me not to be able to sleep. This was a problem for me. More lightening on the back steps would be good. In the hallway from the car is great. Carpet upstairs isn't good. The small window by the deck door is torn in in 2 places.

Sherry was so accommodating. The house was great, though lacking cable, so Sherry provided us with a DVD player to make our stay more enjoyable. The house was fantastic though and the location couldn't have been better. The view was amazing and provided comfortable beds and spacious rooms with amazing views. We loved out stay and enjoyed working with Sherry for much. She was quick on the replies always and provided us with tons of recommendations for great restaurants too.

Nice place. Beautiful view over the water. A bit hard to find.. gps sent us to the wrong side of the condo and there was no access on that side. And i missed the mailbox with the number on it cuz i was following gps.. so problem my fault but it could have a bigger house number.

Chincoteague in October. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to spend a few days. Quiet, comfortable with everything you need to relax and unwind. A clear view across the water to the lighthouse. The sounds of waterfowl filling the air. You simply cannot go wrong staying here!
