Keith might be the world's greatest host. From day 1 his communication was excellent. He gave us dozens of recommendations on things to do during our stay, and he frequently updated us when he learned of new things that would be going on in the area while we were there. Check in was super easy, and once we were in the house, he messaged us every day to make sure we didn't need anything. As for the house, it was perfect. Everything was clean and as described, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for 6 people to be comfortable for a few days. Keith even left us a bottle of wine! The views out of the house are amazing. Water views everywhere. It's a great place to use the provided kayaks, or to just sit on the dock by the water. The area around the house is incredibly peaceful. Assuming you aren't looking for a place with bustling nightlife, it's the perfect place to get away for a few days. Thanks so much Keith!

It was a pleasure for all of our guests to stay at this place for our long-weekend trip The location is quite peacefully located in the middle of Ocean City, MD and Virginia Beach, VA; almost equidistant. Worth for the money and the host was very kind.

Beautiful house in a wonderful setting but you only get a beach at low tide. You also must walk about 100 yards out through 1 foot deep water to get to the sandbar. The sandbar beach lasts for about four hours. New fun games in the garage and lots of beach chairs were available. We enjoyed this place and the house has everything you could ask for but wish we knew about the low tide only sandbar beach.

The Watson House was an amazing place to stay for our family of 8 vacation. All bedrooms had a bathroom which was a bonus. The house was very clean and as described. The outside space with a wrap around porch had plenty of seating and was frequently used. Our host was always available for questions. We especially enjoyed being able to walk or bike all over the Island.

A Boater’s dream Farmhouse - Eastern Shore VA

This farmhouse is well set up for a fun, peaceful and beautiful getaway on the water. The farmhouse is old, charming and very comfortable. The weather was cold and rainy during most of our stay, but the working fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, cozy reading nooks and abundant supply of board games kept us happily entertained. Sandra was a wonderful host and resource for the area too. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay.

An open-concept living area is highlighted, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement and a natural wood coffee table. Large windows allow ample light to fill the space, with a view of greenery outside. The kitchen area is equipped with modern appliances and a dining table.
