Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Accomack County

Camp Belle Haven was really a beautiful home for me and my family to stay during the Labor Day weekend. The pictures do no justice to how the house looks in real life. If you are a fan of nature and water, this is a good house to pick for your next stay. We were only about a 30min drive from Virgina Beach, which is another beautiful and fun place to visit while staying at this home. Jen (the host), seems like an amazing human. She communicated well with me, with understanding and compassion. which in-returned allowed me to feel stress-free. I know for sure I would pick this house again and again whenever I am visiting the Virginia/Maryland area.

We can’t say enough about the warm and hospitality of our hosts! Not a single detail was overlooked. The area was private, but what was overwhelming to us was the abundance of natural beauty everywhere! We had a lake on one side of the driveway and the creek on the other! The cottage was indeed very romantic, and we cannot wait to come back. We love that they had kayaks and we had a great time paddling the creek. There were some great restaurants in nearby towns, but if you didn’t want to go that far, a grocery store and Walmart were a few miles away.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very little noise was heard when you’re inside. The house is older and does need some maintenance but nothing that hindered us from having a nice stay! Also, added bonus - no checkout cleaning requirements!

Extremely peaceful and beautiful location. Great location to unwind and get the full Chesapeake experience. Location is central to nearby stores and downtown. We look forward to returning again and will recommend to friends!

Second time we stayed at this house, so no surprises. A cute place in a good location with a feeling of privacy despite being in the middle of Chincoteague. The host was just as easy to work with as last time.

Such a charming house and great location, very near places we wanted to visit as well as some we didn't know we wanted to see but were glad we did! Thoughtful eclectic decorations, lots of cool art throughout the house, clean and had everything we needed! We found the master bed and pillows to be very comfortable and zero complaints from our angsty 17-yr old about the other room! Our favorite part was watching the stunning sunrises over the field in front of the house, while sitting on the front porch with a warm cup of coffee in hand. Well worth getting up early for and made for a perfect way to start the day!!! We would stay here again without hesitation.

This place was perfect place to stay to experience the East shore of the Chesapeake. We were able to launch our Kayaks right from the beautiful backyard which was also a great place to sit around the fire pit and watch the sunset over the water. The house was immaculate, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Its quick access to down town Onancock made it super simple to grab a great dinner at one of the local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

If you want to get away from it all and feel right at home, this is the place to be. The house is beautiful, the rooms were all spotless and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. I also loved the little porch and porch swing with a view of the pond. The beach and some good hikes (to see the ponies) are just a short drive away. Check-in was super easy with a personalized code. Michelle always responded immediately to any question we had. We really enjoyed our stay on Chincoteaque Island. It's unique place.
