Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wyoming County

Stayed here for the weekend with a couple of friends. Place was absolutely beautiful and would definitely come again.

We loved the house. As prior cabin rental hosts ourselves, my wife and I noticed all of the extras, like high-end sheets, that made our stay comfortable and special. What a wonderful experience!

Tracy and Andy were marvelous hosts! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and clean, and had everything we needed. We shared the yard with a Mommy and Daddy goose and their two gosling’s, and the pond view was enjoyed by everyone. Tracy was especially helpful with a personal item that I requested, and I so appreciate her going above and beyond!

Stayed here for a couple days and everything was exactly as advertised. Nice and comfortable living areas. Enough room for all five of us and a beautiful yard with a fire pit and patio area

We had a great time at the school house! I met Adam, and he was very friendly! Great spot, we had a blast! 100% would recommend!

We loved this Airbnb. It was beautiful there and Michael was quick to answer any questions. We did manage to get on the water with the kayaks, so that was great. We will definitely be back.

Patrick’s place had everything my wife and I needed to make us feel comfortable during our 3 day stay. This house really is secluded. I had to drive on dirt and rock roads thru farmland to get to it and there were no other houses in sight. This is the perfect place if you’re looking to enjoy some peace and quiet and make some s’mores (which were provided by Patrick!) on the campfire. A little tip — bring some bug spray to fully enjoy the outside. We weren’t able to use the star gazing bubble due the uncooperative weather but the sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. Plus my wife was happy to be greeted by a family of 3 bunnies everyday. Most stores, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, etc. are about a 10-40 min drive from the house depending where you go. I highly suggest taking the drive to Ricketts Glen State Park and hiking the amazing waterfall trails there. I would definitely recommend Patrick’s hideaway house if you need a peaceful getaway and a change of scenery.

We loved everything about our stay here. So comfortable inside with beautiful finishes, comfy bedding and anything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to spread out, have 2 bathrooms to share, yet plenty of space to gather together. The hosts immediately responded to any questions making our stay stress free. We loved the lake view, sat by the pond in the back and drank coffee on the deck in the sun. Highly recommend Derek and Ronnie’s place and would definitely return when in the area again!

This was my second stay at Rob’s place, and once again it was a great experience. The house, tucked away in the Green Ridge area of Scranton, is quiet, charming, and full of character. It has that cozy, old-home feel that’s both welcoming and comfortable. Rob is a very attentive host—quick to respond and clearly thoughtful about making sure everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Family friendly neighborhood location, with children playing by day and quiet at night. Safe and pleasant with stores within walking distance.

Awesome return visit to a quiet and relaxing lake front property. Has a large yard to enjoy BBQ on the grill and or camp fire in the fire pits (wood included). Definitely will return.

Wow! This place was perfect for our mountain hiking adventure weekend. We chose it because it had ample space, a kitchen and was near several of the parks we had looked into but what we got was so much more. The instructions were meticulous like every other detail of the space and was easy to follow for us who are from out of town. The space gave us and our teen nephew plenty of space to prepare and rest around our 8-mile outstanding hike at Ricketts Glenn Park. We hiked past more than 30 breathtaking waterfalls. We prepared our breakfasts and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and slept like babies in the comfy bed. Each detail was considered, gently communicated and orderly. We are frequent travelers and this place stood out. We hope to be back soon.

Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible stay at Silvia’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was served as a beautiful background for photos and added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location was fantastic, situated within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Make sure to stop in on Thursday nights at Crotti’s on Ash for live music & show Luke and Jackie some love. Silvia was an exceptional host, quick to respond to my questions and was flexible with our checkout time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or just a night away.

Nina was very sweet and friendly, she made sure I knew how to use everything and even left me some fruit to start my day! Her home is absolutely beautiful with paintings along the walls and hung around the room, the house evokes a nostalgic feeling and was very fast to feel comfortable in! Her instructions were clear and easy to understand, leaving me with little questions and making it a pleasant stay! The space gets beautiful sunlight in the morning and has a lovely view of the stream cutting through the surrounding yards! Plants all around the home makes it evident that the space is well loved. Everything was very clean and there were even toiletries provided in case I’d forgotten anything! I will most definitely be back to stay when I come through the area again! Place was amazing! Views from the place were fantastic and the drive to Elk mountain was just short of 20 minutes.

Had a nice stay at Jessica’s cabin, it was less than 20 minutes from Ricketts Glen which was why we came to the area. Jessica was always responsive and the cabin was really cute. It was warm especially up in the loft since the air conditioner hadn’t been installed yet for the summer, but there were some window fans we were able to use.

Great place for our quick weekend away with the family. House is exactly what you see in the pictures. House had everything we needed. Samantha was super responsive with any question’s. Awesome A-Frame in the woods, that gives you cabin vibes. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It was lovely! Our check in was easy, we had the campsite to ourselves, and the jacuzzi was so nice! We would stay again!

We loved staying here! A lovely getaway. We wished the weather was better so we could have used to pool and lake, but still enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi!
