This is definitely a trip worth repeating! Tim’s home is beautiful, the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect getaway to escape and relax with family and friends! The photos posted on the listing match what we saw when we checked in. Tim was super responsive and made us feel like valued guests! His house rules are clear and easy to follow. My friends are extremely happy and recommend this listing to anyone thinking twice about it! We’ll be coming back for sure that’s how much we loved it 🫶🏼! Thank you again, Tim, for hosting my husband and I’s 30th birthday relax-cation! (P.S. if you’re coming to visit, make sure at least one morning you’re up before sunrise because that view was gorgeous!)

The River Retreat (2BR/1.5 Bath)-Pet Friendly!

The stay was great, only small issue was that the sink water smelled funny. But its a new construction i understand. Next stay all that will be fixed

The house was very accommodating for a group such as ours consisting of 1/2 adults and 1/2 children. The grounds had many amenities, the interior was super comfortable and beautifully decorated; the fishing was fantastic, the grandchildren loved the fishing and rowing. Plenty of canoes, outdoor games, activities, etc. These memories will last them forever. The view from the upper deck was very beautiful, morning or late afternoon, it was very peaceful. A small quiet community of people surrounds this lake, there is one minor caveat for those sensitive to highway noise which is unfortunate for this community; But honestly, you could not hear it inside the house, only if one was outside and we learned to block it and move on. I was able to hear birds singing so it isn’t that of a deal unless you seek greater isolation. Hope this honest review is accepted constructively. All in all we had a lovely time.
