The guest suite is private, spacious and will accommodate those looking to spend time in the area . The guest suite is attached to the main house by locked French doors . There are no shared spaces . You’ll love my place because it is close to public transportation (LIRR- HUNTINGTON STATION) as well as the Paramount Theater ,Huntington Village and all Huntington has to offer. Those in town for weddings and events in the Woodbury/Syosset area will find this is a great place to tip off from .

(200 a week) Salt water heated pool, large hot tub. ( pool and hot tub are open from approximately May 24th -end of September, weather permitting) lower pricing for winter is set and summer season pricing is higher to accommodate these amenities) Small Pets ( max of 2) will be considered on an individual basis at a non ref $500 pet fee.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Lower level of high ranch apartment includes large LR/kitchen, separate BR & private bath. Nice queen bed with great new mattress, pullout couch in LR, laundry room, 2 TV's, Wifi, etc. It is a separate apartment from upstairs of house where I live. Quiet area of Huntington, easy access to train, LIE, etc although not much in walking distance. Off street parking for 1 car and that is all Im allowed to have per town short term rental rules.

I love this place. I have stayed here before and the everything about it is perfect for me. It is a great location, it has a well equipped kitchen and, even though it is a shared bathroom, it has never been a problem. The guests all seem respectful of each other. There is also lots to do in Oyster Bay. I’m sure I will be back.

Roberts’ place was one of the best ones I have stayed at till date. Great people and great hosts. The rooms and all other amenities were just as mentioned in the description. Definitely recommended if you want a peaceful stay away from home.

Favio was quick to respond and give helpful information. He even apologized for mispelling my name during our conversation, which I told him no worries, but that was a nice thing to be concerned about. All in all, it was a comfortable place to stay while in the area. It may not be the Plaza, but it does what it sets out to do, and is a good choice for a home base while you visit the City or the rest of Long Island. Would book with Favio again!

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!
