There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

This is a unique and spacious studio apartment with everything you need. Large living area, full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. About 14 mins (11 mi) to Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg & 8.9 mi to MMH-Belpre. Just a few minutes from Washington Works Plant (Dupont). About 30 mins to Marietta. Located on quiet dead end street. The unit is located above the garage, attached to the main house where the owner and kids live. I promise that you will have a clean, nice place to stay!

the location was a dream. right on the Ohio River, so peaceful. don't know why anyone would go to the beach, this is so much better. watching the barges, the train, the wildlife. it was a dream. so relaxing, very well needed. very close to many towns for food and other necessities. we will be back! just a heads up, this is in the wild. you will see lots of creatures (like lots of stinkbugs lol) that you may not be used to at home. part of the territory. didn't bother us, but may bother some.
