This apartment has 1 double bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. A full bath with tub and full kitchen. Attached to garage. This is on a working horse ranch and we do have stalls for board and a full RV with 35 amp If needing a place to lay over. We do not have horses to ride because this is a private training facility. We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.

Candice’s house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location for a getaway. She was very responsive and flexible, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend spending a weekend here!

Tomie’s place was a great place to stay while in the Bridgeport area. It was so clean and updated very nicely . Hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was very simple. The hot tub was a bonus and made for some relaxing nights on the deck, and the grill was great for outdoor cooking. Would definitely stay here again!

Jaci was very clear about all this property has to offer as well as the potential drawback of low water levels, which was helpful for our decision to rent this property. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. My family rented this property for the weekend to attend a wedding and was extremely comfortable for our party of 7.

A spacious deck features a combination of seating options, including two wooden lounge chairs and a dining table with chairs. Lake views extend beyond the railing, while a large umbrella provides shade. The surrounding greenery adds a touch of nature to the relaxing outdoor space.

This home is on a large piece of property and is very private and quiet : ) We had a great time fishing off the dock, lounging and visiting with our family on the many balconies and patios, throwing the football in the large grassy areas, hanging out in the super large sunroom when it was raining. The large second story patio which has covered and uncovered areas, has beautiful views as does every room in this home. The large windows allow you to see the beautiful views while inside as well!!! So many different birds sing all day and are flying above : ) We went for a run through the neighborhood which had lots of hills, this would be a great walk as well! : ) We all truly enjoyed this property!

This is a beautiful new home with lots of privacy. It was even better than described. We sat on the back porch in the morning and watched long horn cattle graze along the back fence! We were there for a wedding at the Covered Bridge Venue and it was only 11 minutes away. Katie was a most excellent hostess and very responsive. I will try to find ways to get back to Texas just to stay in this home!
