My stay at the guest house in Tempe was exactly what I was looking for. It was private, very clean, modern, updated and very easy to navigate. I appreciated the open concept and got a lot of work done in addition to seeing family and friends. Very comfortable bed and furniture and just enough kitchen for my needs for the week. The modern fixtures and appliances were perfect, and it is within walking distance to several stores to pick up groceries, coffee/bagels, or meet with friends at bars/restaurants or it’s a very short rideshare away! Great landscaping in the inviting backyard offers much privacy in a very secure and well-maintained Neighborhood too.

My family experienced an emergency and booked this air bnb to be close to the Chandler Regional Hospital, we had a great experience and a wonderful time enjoying meals together in the spacious kitchen.

The house was great! Had everything we needed! Made us feel right at home. Great location within a beautiful area! We also enjoyed the sweet oranges off the orange tree out back!! Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had and gave clear instructions on check in and out process and accommodations. We were very pleased and recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay at your house this past week while visiting our son and his family, who live nearby. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and the home was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the good-sized kitchen and large dining room table. We also appreciated the large yard and the fun mini golf course. Brandi was a wonderful host—responsive and made sure everything was just right. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in town!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout with tall ceilings that made it feel open and airy. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. The location was super convenient—just a short drive to downtown Gilbert with lots of great restaurants and shops. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Copper House was fantastic for our group. Has pretty much everything you would need and grocery store is 1 minute away if there’s something you need. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Easy checkout w/o many asks of the guests. Would absolutely rent again.

This was the perfect place to stay for my friend’s bachelorette trip! The house was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Darolyn is the bomb!!! We drove 1800 miles with a dually truck, trailer, motorcycles and our large dog. Darolyn’s communication from the beginning was exceptional. She explained how parking would work and there were no surprises! Her place was PERFECT for us! We have a Neapolitan Mastiff and she was right at home. We brought her kennel and set that up in the living room. It worked really well. Our dog easily learned how to use the doggy door and loved it. FYI, there’s a huge dog park a couple miles away on Carver Rd. We went there everyday. Our dog will miss the new friends she made 🐾 The beds were so comfortable and I loved having a TV in the larger one. The shower head was delightful and the pressure was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in the kitchen. It was well stocked and accessible. Loved having a washer and dryer available and use of one side of the garage. The patio was very comfortable and the privacy blinds were great at night. Thank you Darolyn!!

It was an amazing house. It was close to everything like stores and the mall. It was a quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Very clean and updated space. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale. Jayme, the host, responded very quickly to any of our questions. A great place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and clean. The homeowner was extremely attentive and communicated quickly to our questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and had a very nice walking path and a nice playground for kids. The pool area was very nice with lots to do. The home is in a nice central place to see the sights around Phoenix. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We enjoyed our visit and we felt as comfortable as if at our own home. We would highly recommend this listing!

AllSTR Hospitality’s property is top notch for those who are looking for an affordable place for an extended weekend in the Midtown area of Phoenix. The area is peaceful and walkable with many different restaurants within a 2 or 3 mile radius of the property. Inside the casita, the space was clean and free of clutter. If you are traveling with dogs, the backyard is spacious for furry family members. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a central location minutes away from most things that people and families want to do and see. Mel Garcia

Mary was friendly and responsive. She resolved a small checkin issue quickly. The bed was comfy. A workout room on the property was nice. Small dog potty area close by. Orange tree in the back. All in all it was great for the week.

The Cottage was a pristine, quiet, spacious gem. The space was clean with no corner missed. Beautifully decorated throughout with a perfect bed, towels, and a perfectly stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes to be able to prepare your own food, without having to compromise or run out for something at the last minute. This was our second stay with Pam and we just love coming here. We always feel so comfortable here in Pam's place. The kitchen is large and well stocked with a nice island counter where we eat most meals. The Master Bed is very comfortable and we liked it so much we ordered one for ourselves at home. The master ensuite shower has tons of hot water and Pam always has a large quantity of excellent quality towels and linens. We enjoyed our mornings on the back covered patio where we had our coffee along with visits from Pam's friendly girls "Lily and Little Bit". In the afternoons, the front porch is a lovely spot to enjoy the setting sun. Pam is an amazing host who will jump through hoops to ensure you're happy and have everything you need. We've become quite close with Pam and will miss her dearly until we come back next year for a visit.
