Great place with everything you need. Walkable to the Greenway along the Stone’s River. Close to grocery, gas and all the restaurants and shopping. Super comfy and cute. Great neighborhood.

We needed a pet friendly place while our house was being worked on. Gretchen's place fit the bill perfects. Gretchen was very accommodating working with our schedule and making the stay perfect for us. Gretchen communicated well and always got back with us promptly if we had any questions. The house was clean and as described. Will not a vacation for us it did provide a lot of local convenience and was perfect for our needs.

Anita’s place is exactly what we needed. It was clean & comfortable! The fenced yard was a perk for my dogs! Thank you. It’ll be awhile before we’re back in town. But I will definitely reach out if we need a place to stay!

Great place to stay when visiting the Nashville area! Lots of fun things to do and the lovely home was in a great neighborhood. Matt was really responsive and a great host!

Only a quick stop for one night but was perfect. Try and arrive in the light if possible it’s difficult to see the house number.

I hosted a bachelorette weekend at Hans and Liz’s house. It was the perfect location with a great back yard. Perfect for a big group who are ready for a fun weekend in Nashville!

Jim is very hospitable, responsive, and friendly. Place was very clean, private, and comfortable. Jacuzzi and pool were inviting and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Greg and the management group were very responsive. They were helpful. They sent a long list of things to do in the area including food, shopping, site see, things to do. The house was beautiful and such a good place, very open and roomy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have right on site. Highly recommend.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

This place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the neighborhood surrounding it was breathtakingly beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Nashville and it’s conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Broadway.

We had a wonderful stay at Simply Sailing. great cabin with everything you could need. great covered area to a park boat with pull through driveway. 2 mins from boat ramp, and close to a gas station and a great little pizza place. 5 stars for us. We look forward to staying again.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

It was a pleasure meeting Judith and Bill, and their property is in a stunning location. Everything was very clean and tidy. The accommodation would benefit from a bit more of a kitchen, as the property is quite a way from anywhere to go to eat, with the facility to clear up dishes, glasses etc. Just an observation, but this in no way detracts from the accommodation offered.

I am local to the neighborhood and needed somewhere to go on short notice due to maintence issues at my apartment. I booked this Airbnb and it was ready within minutes! Host was responsive, friendly, and polite. The listing looks just like the pictures and I was so grateful to be able to stay in a clean space in my own neighborhood! From an East Nashvillian, I recommend this listing and host!!!

This place is ADORABLE! We had a great weekend in Nashville and it was so nice to have such a homey airbnb. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood and the pictures of the backyard do not do it justice.

The stay was just what we needed for an overnight stay in Nashville. It was cozy and clean. The fenced in backyard was very large which my dog enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay here!! Very close to downtown, that we easily walked twice a day to the Broadway strip. Instructions to get in were easy and very detailed which was great since we got there late after a delayed flight. The place was cute and charming, had exactly what we were looking for with a lovely bonus area to have our coffee in each morning. Stacie was also very generous in giving us an extra hr to check out the last day and was quick to reapond to our ask. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful time, Nashville has our hearts 🫶
