I travel frequently, and have stayed at my share of Airbnb’s. I’d have to say that, by far, my dealings with my host have been the most pleasurable yet. It’s great to have someone who takes the initiative to make sure you are not allergic to anything, and proactively checks in with you to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Additionally, the space is spotless, quiet and well worth the cost. I’d highly recommend anyone considering staying in the area to choose staying with these folks. I’ve enjoyed them so much, I’ve chosen to extend my stay at another one of their properties. Thank you Fernando and Company!

Really enjoyed our stay at this Winthrop Airbnb. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, beautiful large bathroom with tub and shower. Loved the nearby restaurants, especially Jac’s cafe! Frank reached out to recommend the ferry to downtown Boston and that was fun and convenient. Highly recommended!

Great spot, close to the beaches and in a quiet neighbourhood. We managed to catch some nice photos and sunrise! Location wise, can't complain. There's a bus stop 5 mins walk away that brings you all the way to the train station if you need to be in the city. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my third time at Darryl’s‘s place and I will be back again. For the simple fact that if you need to be in the Beverly and Salem area this is a perfect location to post up and walk to everything you need. Or, drive if you must. Damon's suite was very neat and clean. He was also a great host and greeted me with a friendly smile when I arrived and gave me a tour to help me with any needs when I arrived. He even helped me carry my bags upstairs. The space was very nice and offered the essentials. We absolutely loved our stay at Ryan’s place! The home was beautiful, spacious, and pristine—just like the photos. Ryan was a wonderful host from booking to check-out, making everything easy and welcoming. We especially loved the location, with the beach and great local restaurants just a short walk away. Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)
