Family-friendly vacation rentals in West Seneca

This was a phenomenal stay! The house was clean and well stocked (e.g. toilet paper, soap, dishes, etc.). The rooms were as posted in the photos, so there were no surprises! Vu was a very responsive and helpful host. When we had trouble with the hot tub, he came down right away and checked the water for us. As a suggestion for those visiting, if you are sensitive to pool chemicals, you should run the hot tub for one cycle before getting in. There were some spatulas that were unclean in the drawer, but this was not of big concern to us as it might have just been missed while cleaning. Location wise, it’s walkable to Crystal Beach and it has some cute shops along the way! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the coach house. Carl and Sherrie's attention to detail and thoughtfulness made us feel at home and relaxed upon arrival. The unit was exceptionally clean and included thoughtful little touches. Their local recommendations and little snacks were greatly appreciate. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in the St Catherine's area!

Arthur's place was so conveniently located and cozy at the same time. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard felt very private & peaceful. With the fenced backyard, we could chill outside with our two dogs. Yet, the place was very close to the main touristy area - only 5 min drive to the Niagara falls parking lot. The place had everything we needed plus more! Highly recommend Arthur's place!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary & Brock’s. The home is beautiful and their backyard is stunning. They had bird feeders and it was like a bird sanctuary! I have never seen such a variety of birds which was so fun. We were there during the Fourth of July and we were actually able to see some of the fireworks from their front porch! Their place was clean and very comfortable. Mary was responsive and communicative throughout the experience. Thank you Marion Brock for letting us stay at your home!

We loved our stay at Shella's cabin! not only did all the amenities at the resort exceed our expectations, but the close proximity to everything was amazing well! We were able to be close to everything while being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Will definitely visit again! we appreciated Shella's responsiveness!

This place is amazing! So peaceful and private. A great place to unwind and regroup. Tom was very flexible with my last minute booking, communication was excellent. I loved the trails, the pond, the hot tub and sauna. The town has a few good shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to go back.

Justin was an amazing host! He was very accommodating when I had last minute changes to my arrival time and the number of guests staying. This was my first time in Canada and Justin’s home was a very clean and comfortable place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Restaurants are very close and the Falls are a short drive away. Justin is very responsive and all the rules for the home including garbage management and departure clean up are spelled out seamlessly. Completely matches the description with the manicured lawn to match. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Place is very close to falls and aquarium on US side. It is just few blocks away from rainbow bridge which was a big convenience. Martin was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. Definitely will visit again.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. Looks just like the photos, conveniently located, and everything feels new. Brought our dog and had no issues at all. Would absolutely recommend. I will say, like much of Buffalo, there are some run-down houses in the neighborhood. However, the area still felt safe.

Enjoyed my stay at The Eugene! Clean and well kept. Nice neighborhood with a view of the river. Phil was a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend staying here to others traveling to see Niagara Falls.

Andrea and Joaquin have created a spectacular getaway in Buffalo. We had a large group stay for a wedding, but it would work well for a large family as well. They are responsive and polite hosts. The house is gorgeous and comfortable. Lots of space for people to gather as a group, but many nooks for privacy. The only note: the 2nd full bath in the basement is quite small, and isn’t ideal if you’re planning to use it as a hair or makeup space. It’s more like another half bath. Luckily the upstairs bathroom is HUGE! All bathrooms and kitchens are spotless. The location is great. Quiet and gorgeous neighborhood, a short walk to the Metrorail and a quick drive to many businesses and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a hiccup when we first arrived but we got a prompt response and a solution immediately. Breakfast every morning was a plus and saved us a lot of money. The location is great and makes getting around very easy by foot or by car. It rained a lot or we would have saved on parking just by walking.

I was looking for a last-minute getaway from Toronto with my dog Luna, and Robert was quick to respond and accommodate us. The Airbnb is the perfect cottage -- cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail made it feel warm and welcoming. We enjoyed peaceful walks on the beach and also discovered a lovely trail nearby for Luna to explore. When I accidentally locked myself out of the cottage, Robert was incredibly responsive and showed up within 10 minutes to let us back in. We’re already planning our next trip back — we highly recommend staying at Robert and Cole's!

Sonia was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful. The accomodations were perfect, clean and fully equipped. The location was quiet and quite suited to my needs.

We had a very comfortable stay, host is very responsive, place is clean, AC is working great, hot water works well... Place facilities such as the pool is nice and clean, we enjoyed the multi purpose court where we were able to play pickleball.

I can’t say ‘Thank-you’ enough to Helen&Alex for this memorable weekend!! Felt like winning the lottery to stay and this dream location for the perfect unplugged ‘staycation’! Your property was more than we could have imagined (the design, the supplies!!, the view and your helpfulness 😁).. We cant wait to suggest this spot to family&friends! A great vacation and time well spent! It felt like and was appreciated as our ‘home away from home’! We hope to be back sooner rather than later and will think of Sunset Casa first for any future vacations 😁 It was a pleasure staying here! Lighter packing next time as everything was thought of & already supplied! Anything you could need for a camping weekend enjoying the park (short or long stays) seemed yo already be at Sunset Casa!! Just backpacks and ourselves next time, so we can be over quickly to enjoy every moment of this GEM!💎

a great family house with character. wish we were there in the summer to enjoy the pool. Grace was a wonderful host.

Julian’s house was roomy with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, dining area and kitchen. We even sat on the front porch for awhile. We easily walked to all the sights and felt very safe. The only issue we had was noise from the street on Saturday night, which was not Julian’s fault. We were so tired that it didn’t bother us for long. Coffee was provided and the whole place had been updated. Very nice accommodations. Julian was very helpful when we arrived. Having a dedicated parking place was great!!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

This cottage is just like the pictures and it was very clean was in a great location very close to the beach walking distance. The backyard is like your own little tranquil paradise! The pool was clean. Everything was great. My family and I went there for my 50th birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves even my teenage boys. We honestly didn’t wanna leave Best Birthday ever and the host Trevor is amazing responsive and friendly. Super nice highly recommend this place. I know we will definitely be going back .

I had stayed at this resort before but through the resort. No plunger. Had to call and wait to get the toilet unclogged. No wifi as well. I paid more as well and the cottage was smaller in size. This cottage was spacious and had all the amenities. Never had to contact John except how to turn on the heat and hot water. I highly recommend this cottage
