We were very pleased with our stay. Marla was a great host, everything was nice and clean. It was a very cozy home, in a great location. Marla was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. She even mailed a couple items that were left at the home to us. I 100% would recommend Marla and this cozy home to anyone looking to stay in the area. I hope we are able to visit again.

We absolutely loved this place - it was like having our very own State Park to ourselves with the best fishing ever! The location was peaceful, serene and gorgeous! We had a blast! We brought our bikes with us and had planned to drive to a nearby bike trail for a ride. Once we got to this paradise, we just couldn't pry ourselves away. Our son is an avid fisherman and he said he "had the time of his life!" The cabin had everything we needed and much more. Once we were there, we found a local grocery store in Providence, just 20 minutes away. We fixed all of our meals there, including steak on their charcoal grill and hot dogs over the evening campfire. It doesn't get any better than this. The son of the host was just across the other pond from us and fixed a jammed sliding door in just minutes. He offered to bring us additional firewood and was super friendly to chat with. This was one of our favorite trips ever! TY Linda and son for making this trip stress free!

We had great communications from the owner before we arrived, making it easy for us to get into the home. The home was clean and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this home for any ones visiting this area.

Lynn’s place was great and she was so helpful. We had some last minute changes and had to scramble to find a place last minute. Lynn got back to us right away letting us know we could book her place and that it was okay that we had to get in at a very late hour. The cottage is adorable and we enjoyed a nice walk in the woods just steps from the property.

Beautiful location, well kept home with ample space for the whole family. The kids loved the play area, books, toys and all the space to run and ride their bikes. We saw deer, lots of birds and even a bald eagle! There was excellent communication with the hosts from start to finish. Lovely place to refresh and unwind.

The best hosts we’ve had! They have thought of everything to make sure it was felt like we were at home. We needed a place to stay for a wedding that was near Crofton & dog friendly and I can’t say enough how perfect this place was! There were so many special touches.. for you saying you’re newer to the industry .. you have certainly thought of more than even the commercialized agencies who specialize in this. This property was very clean with all the amenities (including coffee and snacks and water bottles, which we appreciated!). The inside was just as described, and the outside was even more lovely than we were expecting. The 1.2 city park walking path is directly behind the house so that was a huge perk for a safe, beautiful walk right from the front door! Communication was excellent-- our host sent specific check-in directions the day of, including exactly how to find the property. She was also very responsive to our communications and brought us over extra sheets when we requested them. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and relaxing place for a quiet getaway. We were 12 people for a family weekend. The grandkids had a good time fishing and playing outside. Some of the adults enjoyed kayaking. The kitchen is big and well equipped for 12. The cabin decor is interesting, and even the kids commented on several items. We had a family corn hole tournament which was probably the best fun for everyone.

This place was even better then the photos. You will not be disappointed. :) Beautiful/peaceful space & surroundings. We spent our long weekend birdwatching (w/ the beautiful view), swimming, kayaking, making lovely meals & ending the day w/ a fire. Absolutely wonderful place to unwind & reset. Greg was very responsive & a great host. Thank-you Greg!

This home and location was everything we could have wanted and more! We were able to enjoy time with our daughter, future mother in law and her bridesmaids for brunch & getting ready for her wedding. And the newlyweds enjoyed the most tranquil restful weekend after the festivities, before leaving for their honeymoon. The location was secluded and beautiful, yet modern, with every amenity, comfortable beds, gorgeous well appointed kitchen, and only 10 minutes from the rural wedding venue. The views from the decks are expansive and gorgeous at sunrise, sunset, or under the full moon and stars. Would definitely stay here again, and 10/10 would recommend!! Henderson/Webster county does not have many properties of this quality available, so happy we found it!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The vineyard is beautiful and nice to go for a walk in. We had room service the first night and ate in the restaurant the second. The staff are very nice, the food is delicious and we liked the bottle of house brand wine we chose. We found the cabin itself comfortable and very clean. Overall, we had a relaxing experience and would definitely stay here again.

I was in town to clean my parents house, and this was a great place to come home each night and relax and sleep. the surrounding were quiet and peaceful. the home had everything I needed. it was clean and such a cute little home. I really loved it and plan on staying there when I come again when I come back to visit. my sister is planning on booking when she comes to town as well. Austin offere an early check in, and when I forgot to check out on time, he messaged me back right away and was flexible with the time. overall, one of my favorite Airbnbs!

Jered is a wonderful host. The place is so charming and QUIET! The view is amazing! The suite is very well kept smelled good and very clean. Curt and Emily’s historic property was stunning! From the high ceilings, to the beautiful hardwood floors, to the huge, comfortable bedrooms, every detail was perfect. Its convenient location in the picturesque city of Henderson along the Ohio River made it an ideal stay. I highly recommend a stroll around the corner to Antler for a morning cup of coffee and dinner at Hometown Roots for a taste of southern comfort you won’t soon forget. I will definitely be back to The Nest the next time I visit Henderson!

If you are looking for a place to disconnect & clear your head, this is your place. By the pictures I thought this was going to be a masculine dream, but it caters to both! Lovely clear paths to take a walk. Lit up at night to allow you to feel comfortable out in the country when you are used to the city. Fire pits and places to sit in abundance. I really hope your next guest adventurers appreciate you sharing this hidden gem, and learn how to breathe again by enjoying your place, day and night!

Hill house is a very nice Airbnb experience. Emma and Braxton are wonderful and very thoughtful hosts. There are beautiful views from the back deck; it was very peaceful and quiet. We were very close to Shawnee National Forest. We were able to go hiking, and enjoy some wonderful fall color. Everything is so close that the whole trip was very easy to manage. If beautiful, quiet and peaceful are what you are looking for then this is a great place.
