Derek was extremely good with communication and the house was clean / ready for when we arrived

Unfortunately the trip started off shaky! The lock did not work and we were stuck hanging out in our cars for a bit. When David did get back to us, he was extremely apologetic. Sent someone over right away. Found out it was the battery for the lock that had died. Fix it, and rest of stay was fantastic. He took responsibility and gave us a partial refund. Very upstanding owner. Would definitely recommend and come back.

This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Tara's place was spacious with plenty of beds and room to hang out! The best part is the massive backyard with plenty of room to set up lawn games and hang out. We loved having a bonfire and really appreciated the space to spread out and enjoy nature. Also – you can see the mountains from the deck!

The hosts were amazing and very reachable with any questions, the house was exactly what was described in the listing. Would love to stay there again.

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The home was absolutely beautiful—spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully put together with everything we could possibly need. It was even better than the photos, which is saying a lot! There is so much attention to detail, from the stylish decor to the little touches that made our stay feel extra special. The house book was incredibly helpful, filled with thoughtful recommendations that made it easy to explore the area like a local. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and clearly put a lot of care into creating a warm, welcoming space. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard—it was perfect for them to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. We truly didn’t want to leave and would love to stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

Abbey’s place was amazing for a birthday getaway! Stayed with some friends and there was enough space for all of us. Felt right at home! Space looked just like the photos & Abbey was VERY quick to respond to any questions we had! Would recommend!

This was one of my favorite places that we stayed on our trip! The apartment was perfect. It had everything you would want and need and then some!! Little touches the host made to the space made it even more special! Super comfortable bed. Very clean and spacious. Very soothing vibe. Meghan was very good with communication and gave lots of great local recommendations. Can’t wait to come back and will highly recommend to others!

One of the few airbnbs where the Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious, cozy basement apartment with all the necessities. Great location, close to plenty of trails and a few breweries. We brought our pup who loved the easily accessible dirt roads from the house. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but Laurie leaves you plenty of fire wood.

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

This is our 2nd year staying at Randy's spot for 80's weekend at the mountain. The apartment is very clean, VERY comfortable beds! The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom and shower were spotless. Randy allowed us to check in early which was a huge help. We will absolutely be coming back here again next year. Thank you again, Randy!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Thank you.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was super cozy, and we LOVED the location - so convenient to some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Littleton and Bethlehem. Also a very easy drive to Loon so that I could ski during the day! The private entrance and private fenced-in yard were bonuses - our 2 labs loved having the freedom to run around and explore! Stephen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

It was my 12 and 15 year old’s first time staying at an airbnb and they both agreed our stay met their expectations. We were surprised by the ease of getting to the concert location and both kids loved the tennis courts and how easy it was to get to them. We wished we had more time to spend as one busy day and night was not enough.

Great price to be in the heart of Lincoln and all the white mountains has to offer! The space was clean and cozy and had a beautiful view. The instructions for check in were also very clear!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
