Nice little Bungalow! Perfect for up to 4 people. Very private and clean. The Location was Great. Right across the street from the Beach with a beautiful view. Has a small Firepit. Only a mile or 2 to Downtown. Would definitely go back.

Dariel was a proactively communicative host and provided friendly, clear instructions for checking in and out. His place was perfect for our group of three to stay overnight. We arrived in the evening and were easily able to park in a spot right outside the building. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a 10-minute walk from great restaurants and coffee shops.

A great location with lots of room at an unbeatable price. Many thank to Martin for making every aspect of the stay a breeze from check-in to checkout.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Excellent apartment, very central location close to Yale

This was our second stay at JoAnn's place and everything worked out great. Her place is comfortable, clean and well located for our needs.

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

Place was what we expected and the neighborhood was nice, about a 20 min walk from the main campus (which was relevant to us). Basement unit (down a few stairs from your private entrance) with windows in every room, off street parking, washing machine in the shared part of the house (that you can use until 9pm). Was a cold weekend and apartment was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Rosaria was responsive and helpful, and even folded some dry laundry we had left in the dryer. Left a handful of drinks and snacks for us that were much appreciated.

Incredible location! Walking distance to the town. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very comfortable all weekend long. Carole and Rich are wondering hosts, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would recommend!!

Sheryl was very easy to work with her the apartment was in a perfect location to get to some restaurants and the university!

We had a great stay at bobs apartment. The unit was just as described. It has a large yard where we could let our toddler twins run around to burn energy. Bob was very responsive when we had a question. Instructions were clear and concise. He gave us a lot of grace when the little ones had middle of the night tantrums (we had a 24 hr drive so our routines were totally messed up). My only critique would be we really wish we had a broom to sweep up. Thanks again!

The apartment was beautiful and as soon as we walked in I could feel myself relax. The view is stunning and the apartment is warm and inviting. We reserved the apartment on very short notice and Mark was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! The place was immaculate and Shawn is an amazing host. He responds quickly and ensures his guests are consistently good to go. Nice location, convenient to lots of things in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

If you are looking for a peaceful stay with an absolutely gorgeous view I fully recommend this place! The sound of nature as you look down the mountain full of beautiful trees and landscape! The hot tub in the space was relaxing and perfect! Everything you need in your little area. Also, Al was an absolute pleasure. He was sweet, very accommodating, and gave great recommendations! I would highly recommend and I would love to return in the fall to see the view in color!

The condo was lovely——extremely clean and well located for our wedding weekend at the inn. Lots of great product and extras available for everything you forget to bring!
