Vacation rentals with a patio in Washoe County

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Reno with ample room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The location is close to midtown and downtown area. We will be staying again on our future visits to Tahoe/Reno.

Cathy’s place is great. Comfortable for 6 people. Nice living room and dining room space. Very clean. Great location. Cathy is responsive and helpful. The game console was a bit hit with our kids keeping them busy for hours.

We had a great time during our stay. The host was very helpful, responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. We were in Reno for a wedding and it came in super handy that the place had a steamer and an iron for our clothes. The location was nice as well, we would stay again. Great host!

Sibin’s place simple yet provide cozy and spacious for relaxation and work. I feel relaxed went I came back from very long day at school.

Pet-friendly cozy place to stay in midtown Reno. Loved how well they maximized the space! Kitchen was stocked, good closet space and the bed was tall enough that you could stow things under the bed if need be. Lots of resources for a guide around town. Ample and clear instructions after booking and great reminders that the host is always available to help. A great spot in town that’s safe and near to all the yummy restaurants and bars in midtown. Also close to a grocery store if you want to cook in the kitchen at the bnb. ***Might be a little tight if you’re a couple with a bigger dog.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

Such a cozy, clean, and stylish house. Great house with full kitchen and tons of amenities. Super nice, loved the stay here.

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

we had a 12 year roommate reunion, and just needed a place where we could all sleep under one roof like we used to through our 20s. This location was perfect walking distance, the space was fun, comfortable, and super colorfull Beatles decor everywhere! we visit Reno often, and this was a nice switch up from staying at the casinos . thank you for the awesome stay.

Our stay at Anastasia's place was very comfortable and exactly as described. It slept four adults easily. We loved having two bathrooms as well. The home was open, airy, and beautifully decorated. Anastasia responded quickly to any questions we had, which wasn't many since she gave us easy instructions. Thank you for helping to make our stay in Reno so lovely.

Everything was exactly as described and well equipped. There was even a pan in the kitchen to make a surprise birthday cake for my mother.

Wow! The pictures of this place do not do it justice! First off, the view of Lake Tahoe is spectacular! We spent time on the top deck which has plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas. Truthfully I could have spent the whole trip just sitting outside here. There is also a hot tub on a bottom deck that we did not use but is a nice option. As far as the inside of the condo, it is gorgeous. Everything is very high end and it’s decorated beautifully. Yet the place is so comfortable and you feel right at home. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. And the hosts were amazing communicators. We had a few questions which were answered immediately with very helpful answers. One note is it’s located about 30 steps below the parking lot and there are steps in the condo as well. For us it was worth every step and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Lake Tahoe Experience! We had an incredible stay at this location! The property was beautiful and perfectly equipped for our group. The stunning views, cozy atmosphere, and fantastic location made our trip unforgettable. Our host was welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations, making everything seamless. I really liked Randi’s condo. Extremely clean and well cared for with updated kitchen & bathrooms. The location was great in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to the lake & Starbucks is only a couple of blocks away. Nestled in the pine trees is his condo and high had a great patio upstairs with a grill, tables & chairs. If I had been there longer I would have liked to grill and eat up there. His communication was solid and easy.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The condo is immaculate! Our stay was perfect, with the exception of the area. A homeless man tried to get into my daughter’s car while she was at the Stop sign.

Nice location - lots of trees and and close the the river walk - about a 20min walk to downtown. Sundays there is a farmers market at the park across the street from the apartment complex. Apartment overlooks a baseball field which seems to have games all day every day. There were 3 of us staying here but living room has no blinds or curtains.
