Perfect apartment, great host. We felt right at home for Barton College graduation weekend!

We loved our stay here! Our family of 6 came for ECU’s graduation. We had 3 couples staying for 3 nights. The apartment was just wonderful and super-clean! There was plenty of parking and check-in was easy. The space looks just like the photos. There is a fun vibe and a lot of great thought went into renovating this space. Plus some wonderful touches from the owners. We appreciated extra blankets and pillows, and the pool table gave us hours of family entertainment! We also felt safe walking back from the downtown area bars/restaurants late at night. We would 100% stay here again.

This apartment unit is an ideal location within easy walking distance of downtown New Bern and other attractions, including Tryon Palace. Excellent base in which to bicycle around town and neighborhoods. Boat and kayak launch opportunities are nearby. The common laundry for the rental units was very convenient. Owner was very responsive, and housekeeping was sent out quickly when we requested some additional supplies.

This was our second stay at this location! From the decor she put out for our occasion, to the chocolates on the beds, everything is always so special! The beds are so comfortable and everything is charming. We also love sitting on the balcony watching the river. What a gem!

Great communication. Price was great for a month stay! The extra bonus was the amenities off the property that were free for those who stayed at the airbnb. This was a perfect place for what we needed. We are planning to move to the area and may use this for family and friends when they visit in the future.

Great location near the freeway so it’s easy to get to places from location. The only negative is you have to walk through the someone’s space to get to either the bathroom or the kitchen. It’s a great deal, and the host is awesome.

Right on the main street & within walking distance to everything.

Kelly was a great host, excellent communication and instructions. She even gave us some suggestions on things to do, which we did in fact follow through with and had a great time. The home is comfortable and very old. Easy entrance, checking in and out. Bed was comfortable, smart TVs, and a full kitchen with all you need. Thank you Kelly!

We stayed at Chelsea’s place after an unexpected loss in the family. It was the best decision we ever made. The place was not only beautiful and clean, it was very spacious and expertly decorated. We loved the porch swing and spent time soaking up the sun. Chelsea made a difficult time— comfortable and relaxing. If we are ever back in town, her house would be our first choice.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. It was so convenient to campus. The house was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend.

John’s place was the perfect spot to stay for our friend’s wedding with it being walkable to restaurants and all that downtown has to offer. He offered local recommendations for a restaurant just around the corner that was the best pick me up after a long day of travel! We will definitely be back!

Dot’s Spot was the spot for a restful weekend visiting family in New Bern. A 10 minute ride into downtown, but felt like we were in the country once on John’s property. The house was perfect for my husband and I with our pups. Fenced in backyard was an added bonus. Easy walk down to the river, although our schedule didn’t allow for us to take advantage of the amenities available on the water. House was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting New Bern.

Great place for our stay in New Bern, close to grocery stores, parks and downtown. The bungalow is comfortable and well equipped, the fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our pup. The neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of and was fun to walk around to visit the goats, horses and emu’s. If we travel back to the New Bern area we would definitely request to stay again. Christine was friendly and responsive, and the condo was lovely, just like the pictures. Everything was neat and tidy. The kitchen was TRULY well stocked, with quality cookware, bakeware, spices, etc., such that making a meal was really doable. A comfy bed. A decent selection of books. A few puzzles and games. Overall, a good experience in a condo that I would visit again. I highly recommend sitting in the chair swing on the deck, overlooking the marina, enjoying a book and a beverage!

The apartment was gorgeous, very well kept and a great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, and everywhere we wanted to eat. Sandy is an extremely responsive host, and gave great recommendations to make out stay even more enjoyable.

We have stayed at this location several times as it’s completely accessible for my elderly mother since there are no steps involved. The hosts are very quick to answer back if you have any questions! (Literally in seconds) This is always our 1st choice when coming to Greenville to see family!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

We’re always happy when Sandra’s place is available. Her place is clean, cozy, and quiet. We’ll be staying there anytime we visit Fairfield Harbour. Thanks again, Sandra!

The condo was exactly as pictured and easy to get to. The view from the porch/seating area was beautiful! Dawn was communicative and helpful. we would definitely stay here again
