Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Washington Heights, Manhattan

This was my second time staying at MaryLee’s place and I hope to stay there again. Delightful in every way.

This was a fabulous spot for an extended weekend in New York! Super accessible to many subway lines, spacious (for NYC, this place was massive!), modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped for making small meals, the rooftop was beautiful, and the staff were responsive and nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

The apartment was clean and easy to find! Check in was super easy and John accommodated an early check in which was awesome especially since we were traveling with an infant. The space felt clean and the street was quiet even though it was walking distance to a few cafes, bars, and restaurants. There were two subway stations, both about a 15 minute walk, but really easy to navigate. Compared to similarly priced options we were very pleased with this apartment! Each room has a closet and own AC unit which was an added plus! The full kitchen, washer and dryer, would have made this the perfect place for a longer stay as well. The only coffee maker was a keurig so I would just be prepared for coffee runs if that is not your style! ;) there were good coffee shops in the area, though!

They are absolutely wonderful hosts, we stayed here for a work contract. Honestly one of the friendliest and most helpful people. Place was wonderful and would come here again in a heartbeat if we get another contract. Thank you guys!

This was my second time booking Michael's place for my folks while visiting and even after many years, didn't disappoint! Michael's is a super responsive and super friendly host, the place was spotless, comfy and well equipped as I remember it. The location is unbeatable as you are just steps away from the 126 bus stop to get in the city and walking distance to everywhere else in Hoboken. Will definitely recommend Michael's place and will book it again!

We have always stayed in NY in hotels but a friend recommended Hoboken. We found this space and we are glad we did, easy to get to BY by water taxi, great local bars and found Alessio (hopefully felt correctly) for breakfast and cheesecake!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb—it’s comfortable, well-kept, and has everything I need for a relaxing visit.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Eva's place was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever! The location is amazing - walking distance to the bus to NYC and to the cute downtown of Cresskill. The place itself is a gem - huge back yard, plenty of spaces for sleeping and working from home. Lastly - Eva is a great host, always answering and responding. 10/10!

The stay at Suhas’s place was peaceful and felt at home. We were family of 5 along with kids. All of us including our kids really enjoyed our time in the house. A true value for money. The only thing is which is minor that we felt linens could have been more cleaned otherwise It’s a beautiful place to stay in NJ.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is newly renovated and was perfect for our family of 4 + 1 for a travel sporting event. Her home was very clean and had all of the necessary dishes and utensils for us to cook meals at home. If you have young kids, she provides lots of kid friendly utensils, crafts, necessities. The location was so great for walking to restaurants, parks and the train, literally 2 blocks or less. Lillian was very communicative and helpful. A lot of extras were provided (nice shampoo/conditioner, kitchen basics, etc) so it really was helpful when traveling far from home. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so next year when we are back in town!

Nana’s/Comfort’s place is a very neat and clean second floor apartment. Photos are current and precise. Their instructions for arrival/departure and utilizing the transit system were clear and helpful. All guests slept comfortably, felt safe and secure. Overall, a pleasant experience during our stay.

This stay was very smooth to check in. Host was very responsive and friendly. The place was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend especially for those traveling to NYC.

We came up for the Spartan weekend, and this was a GREAT place! Basic and yes, kind of dated, but perfect for what we needed. Kyle was EXTREMELY responsive to all of our questions and concerns!

Paul was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing—just a short 10-minute walk to the waterfront and easily walkable to PATH and nearby attractions. The home itself was beautiful, with unique aviation-themed aesthetics that we really enjoyed. The hosts were communicative, and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Paul's place was a much better alternative to the pricier hotels over Memorial Day weekend. Effectively a ski condo, it works just fine off-season as a hotel competitor. We had no issues finding the location and getting into the apartment. Everything was as described, and we had no issues. One possible negative is the lack of reasonable dining in the area (plus most restaurants were BYOB, which I thought unusual). We ended up going to a place called The Glenwood, a couple miles away. I have no issues recommending Paul's place to other folks in need of a room in Vernon.

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

Very comfortable loft and beautiful mountain area. Host was very responsive and the home was clean with plenty of amenities.

Had a wonderful stay at Olga’s place. Great location with a bus ride to Manhattan. Comfortably accommodated 6 people and well lit. Nice restaurants and produce stores around. Olga was always responsive and helpful.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

We really enjoyed a night at the Cozy Condo! Fabiola was very responsive and helpful! The place really was very cozy and clean. It was exactly as listed and pictured. It’s decorated so cheerful and uplifting! Really nice place! Thanks Fabiola!!

This places was perfect for our family stay - clean, lovely rooms and a great top deck with views (weather permitting). Looked just like photos and hosts were very responsive. Location is close to both PATH subway and bus for easy access to NY
