Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Washington County

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Eversole Home. Our family of 7 spent the week of Thanksgiving there. I reached out to Carol to inquire about the kitchen supplies so I could plan what I might need to bring. Carol went above and beyond and provided us with everything we needed, including a turkey roasting pan, pie pans, casserole dishes and a KitchenAid stand mixer! The home is in the process of restoration and some things are better than others, but it’s all comfortable and homey. The upstairs bedrooms did get warm with the heat so to keep the kids comfortable, we were cold downstairs. Extra blankets and bedding were available so we just threw on another blanket. The town is so cute and friendly too! Our son is studying historic preservation so he loved it. We may have to stay again next year to see the progress on the house!

The house and yard were amazing. The 10 of us had plenty of room. Caledonia is a cool little town. You have to try the Hot dog place, it is amazing. If you want to spend a day canoeing there is a place about 40 minutes away called Franklin Floats in Lesterville. Great float. River was crystal clear. Also about 4 miles north of town there is a public access to the big river. All in all it was a great trip in a great house.

The home is wonderful and super clean and comfortable and spacious. It's around the corner from a great little coffee shop. We had a terrific stay and would happily return if we're ever back in Potosi.

Perfect cozy environment for a peaceful getaway.

We loved our stay at the Tack house! It was the perfect size for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed seeing all the farm animals and having the fire pit right outside the house at night. It was a great getaway for a relxing weekend and we would love to come back. Next time we would want to stay at one of the treehouses on the same property.

We had a great time here. So peaceful and quaint and they provided firewood. We were looking for somewhere to stay while we explored Taum Sauk, Elephant Rocks, and Johnsons Shut-ins. All of which were breath taking. If you are looking for a cabin hear Johnsons shut-ins look no further. Thank you Kelly!

My son and I had a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet. They are pet friendly and my dog had a blast running around. Walking distance to the creek which you can fish or wade in. Doug and Roxanne are great host and make you feel right at home. Would recommend if you want to get away and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and clean tiny house! It was a unique and fun experience. The host was respectful of our privacy and very kind during our brief interactions. The property itself is peaceful and quiet, and the bed was super comfy! The hot tub was perfectly hot and readybto enjoy when we arrived, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch- it offered extra space and the high walls added an extra level of privacy. We truly enjoyed our time here, and didnt even take advantage of the patheays amd creek or the beautiful sauna house. We woll definitely stay here again!
