Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Warsaw

This is a lovely place with all that I needed and a great location and it made a wonderful base of operations for a mix of visiting friends and doing some remote work. It is easy walking distance to the Winona Lake Trails which have both dirt and paved paths through the woods. It is also walking distance from some nice restaurants and a coffee shop. Neighboring Warsaw has some great restaurants within minutes as well. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

We so enjoyed our stay. This truly was a hidden gem of a spot! It was cozy and private, peaceful and relaxing — just what we were looking for! We enjoyed some cooking in the cute kitchen, the hot tub was very relaxing after a day of hiking, and everything was so clean!

This place was amazing for our family vacation. The goal was to spend family time together & there was plenty for us all to do. Lots of outdoor activities in nature! The beach was great for adult hang-out & games of spike ball (which we brought), & fun in the sand for the kids. Loved our pontoon boat rides & campfires as well. The indoor pool was great anytime day & night & was always a good back up in case it we had rain. The common areas were large enough for us to all have space & there was plenty of sleeping room. We had an amazing time & will definitely revisit. Ryan was courteous & quick to respond. Absolutely loved this trip!

We loved the Rudi! We’re considering moving to the area, so we wanted to stay right around there to get a feel for how walkable it is and the Rudi is right in the neighborhood! We were able to get a good sense of what it would be like to walk to places like Bravas, Packard Taphouse and the Friendly Fox. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more during our stay. We love the outdoor seating area. It was also super helpful that there was access to the washer and dryer. We were able to leave with clean laundry which made our return home less stressful after 12+ hours in the car. The host was super responsive and communicative. Traveling with kids can be a lot, but our kids felt right at home here. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the FW area!

The hosts were extremely helpful and were more than accommodating for my friend’s bachelor party. I would most definitely stay there again.

We had a girl’s getaway weekend at this lake house . We needed a place to simply relax and unwind, and Polly’s place provided just that. It is in a very peaceful location. We all enjoyed having our coffee/tea in the sunroom in the morning while listening to the birds. A couple of questions came up during our stay, and Polly and Jack were responsive and helpful. Polly even came over to be our photographer when we had an idea for some pictures on the staircase. She was a great sport. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the home was spotless. The fire-pit area and access to firewood was great . If there was any suggestion I could share, it would be to devise an easier way to utilize the paddle boat. We didn’t attempt it, because we don’t believe we could have got it in and out of the lake easily. Other than that, we had a great weekend. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

The stay was wonderful. The house was very comfortable, clean and very cute. All of us throughly enjoyed the house and our stay. We had everything we needed. We even had access to a nice backyard with grass, patio furniture and a grill. We would definitely stay again.

This is an exceptionally clean and well-organized home in an exceptionally quiet, peaceful location. The bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable. Our only problem was seeing the signage when we arrived after dark and very tired from a long (32-hour) trip.

Great place. I wish I would have gotten there at check-in time, so I could have enjoyed the river more!

We immediately felt right at home in Barbara’s apartment on their family horse farm. Our children enjoyed selecting books to read from their entertainment center and playing outside with Barbara’s children. It was nice to have respite from traffic down their long lane and to be able to fully relax due to the safe picturesque country setting. We appreciated the reverse osmosis filtered water, comfortable room temperature, shower stocked with toiletries, and cozy blankets. We slept well and were refreshed and ready for another day of traveling. We would happily stay again!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. My husband, our 15 month old, and I are moving to Ethiopia in a couple of months and we needed to spend one last time with our family. Fern’s listing was so close to where our family lived and we were able to have our own space and also spend time with family. We got to meet and visit with our host one morning and they were so friendly and welcoming!! We will definitely choose these wonderful accommodations again if we ever come back.

The place was amazing, very cozy Airbnb and for a great price! The view of the property from the Airbnb was beautiful and gives off farmhouse vibes, space was great for my family and I! We had some friends and family over and everyone was comfortable in the space and it didn’t feel cramped ! Very beautiful place with great home owners!

Love Beth and Tony's place! It was a sweet spot to land for the night. Peaceful neighborhood. Comfy bed.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lynette and the accommodations. Lynette was a very responsive, communicative host. The extra touches she put into the stay were noticed and appreciated. The accommodations were sparkling clean, ultra comfortable and matched the listing photos and description perfectly. The property location was extremely serene. I would most definitely recommend staying here!!

Highly recommended! Conveniently located for Notre Dame (go Irish!), pristine condition, kitchen & bathrooms well supplied, comfy & relaxing atmosphere. Very responsive host (one minor issue was fixed the same day with great communication). It was above our expectations - look forward to staying again!

This home has been everything we needed from everything inside the house to the location of the house. Jacinda is very very responsive and very quickly as well! She is very nice and easy to talk to so that adds to making the process go smoothly! 😊🙏🏼 The home was spotless and beautifully decorated! We had a super great visit as first time visitors to FW. We came for a symphony performance specifically, but had a great time generally. Farmer’s Market on Barr, Friendly Fox for brunch, drinks at the Brass Rail and we LOVED the new bistro witching 2 blocks of the unit - The Abstract. As regular travelers, FW was a ton of affordable fun and Julie’s unit was one of the most lovely and creative spaces we’ve stayed in a decade. Came to FW to celebrate turning 50 and happy I do so. We will be back! Appreciate this space!

This is a lovely condo with a beautiful view of the lake. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the restaurants and the town park. The host was very supportive. She checked in with me and offered help if I needed it.

We had a great stay and look forward to staying there again !
