The house worked really well for our family and the yard was a blessing to our kids during the downtime of our stay. We would be happy to stay again next time we come to the area!

The home was beautiful and clean and private and the amenities were so awesome. We had an awesome time with the peacefulness's ,laughing and the driveway was accessible for everyone’s vehicle. It was close to shopping areas food areas. I just love the entire experience, my friends and I give this home an excellent place to be if you need you need to rejuvenate and reset your. We had an awesome time.

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for a convention and the OHCO was walkable as well as the square! great location, clean, and exactly like the pictures. would stay again!

Great location for our nieces wedding at the Carl house. Appreciate the queen sized beds instead of twins or bunk beds. Plenty of room to spread out. Positive experience overall!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work. We basically on showered and slept here. But the beds were comfy and the house was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

From the time before we checked into our reservation to the time that we left, the host was always responsive. The house was very clean, nice location, quiet neighborhood. This experience was one of he very best that we have experienced while traveling. I appreciate the hospitality of the host, as well as the flexibility that they provided. My family and I really enjoyed Patrick & Jordan's cottage. We really enjoyed the pool on these hot days and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the detail of the house and felt like it was the perfect spot to relax with our family coming from TN, SC, & GA! We most definitely will return to this beautiful home.

I appreciate the easy access and easy to understand instructions. Not only was the location not far from restaurants but there is also easy grocery stores and convenience stores right at the corner. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Loved how it felt as though you were at home. I will definitely be utilizing you all from now on.

Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful rooms, clean beds. We enjoyed our stay as we needed somewhere close to the “Salvatore Boarding School” mansion to attend masquerade ball. It was perfect place to rest and get ready. We felt safe as the owners live upstairs. The pool wasn’t available but that’s something to check with owner in advanced to see if available during travel dates. We didn’t go prepared for pool but maybe in future we can book when it’s open. It’s over all very beautiful!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Sandy was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment was just what we needed - 2 beds and 2 baths. Clean and comfortable. The price was less than a single hotel room! We consider staying here again. Thanks!

This apartment has a spacious living room, is very comfortable, clean and bright and is right on the edge of North Campus, with the living room windows look out at campus across Broad St. The convenience to campus and downtown Athens are unbeatable. The parking garage Alicia recommends has an exit on Clayton St, so if you park near that exit, you're just a block from the apartment.

Such a beautiful two bedroom and two bathroom condo on Lake Oconee and very very quiet! We loved our stay and were there for my work event at the Ritz. It’s a beautiful property and has most everything you need. The master bathroom is also so huge! You could live in there! Great space and also very cozy and convenient. Even more helpful, it’s on the first floor coming into the front entrance. So easy when having bags! Thanks so much!
