If there were more stars this place would warrant them. Incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked. The appliances were great, the cupboards were full of dishes, pots and pans. Bed linens were pristine. Very spacious and quiet. We were very happy here.

Adam was incredibly kind and communicative!He responded quickly to all my inquiries—even a last-minute question about extending our stay. Initially, I requested a late checkout at 2 pm since we had a wedding to attend at 4 pm. The regular checkout time was 11 am, but I explained that the wedding venue was a 40-minute drive away and 11 am departure would be too early for us. Luckily, he let us stay until 3 pm at no extra charge, as the place wasn’t booked that day. You really can’t beat that kind of hospitality! We’ll definitely stay at his place again. It’s in a great location for a short getaway, especially if you love nature and want a break from the hustle and bustle of NYC. The home is perfect for a small family and has all the essentials you might need. Thank you so much, Adam, for accommodating our request!

The house and host were fantastic! We love to cook and found the kitchen to be nicely appointed. There was ample seating in the kitchen area which is where we spent most of our time. We had our entire family there for my son's high school graduation and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us.

Massimo was the absolute best and sweetest, honest, helpful, generous, considerate person I’ve ever worked with on here. His home was so beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. He even provided snacks, water, and mash mellows and graham crackers along with the sticks if we wanted to use the onsite bonfire. He thought of everything down to little candy in trays, chocolates , probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in. There was not 1 thing about this trip I could complain about. I bragged to my friends who came over how amazing he was even at responding when I got lost. I’ve recommended him to a few people already so I hope he gets an abundance of business. It was worth every penny. He is an exceptional host and person. I will make it back to stay again. If you’re looking for pure comfort and ease don’t waste a burger second and book ! His place is worth it. Thank you so much Massimo you made my birthday amazing!!!!

Wow! I booked this lovely home just a few days prior to needing it and it was all we expected and more. It has 2 private docks on the upper part of Greenwood Lake with Adirondack chairs right by the water. The lots are separated with fences and shrubs and so it seems very private. Heron, geese, ducks and other birds visited our dock and yard. The town of Greenwood Lake had what we needed: ice cream, beer (go to Friendly Beer for the best selection), a few restaurants/food trucks & a Dunkin. We loved the hot tub and appreciated the board games since the weather was rainy at times. Rules and checkout procedures were simple and clear cut and John was responsive and helpful when messaged on the app. Any issues we had were unforeseen and dealt with immediately. We would love to stay here again!
