Beautiful home in an awesome location. We traveled for my sister’s graduation at UPenn and we’re looking for something away from the city and found this place around 30 min away. Loved the area, home had 3 floors with bedroom on all levels. Loved the area and home.

We had a wonderful stay at Denise’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and perfect. Denise provided clear directions and thoughtful instructions, which made everything easy and stress-free. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and a great way to unwind. We felt right at home and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close proximity to Philadelphia sports venues, museums and Center City. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and inviting. Evelyn is a wonderful host, we highly recommend her property!

We fell in love with the cottage as soon as we pulled in. No detail is missed. The cottage is so charming and the pool is beautiful. The inside is gorgeous and we admired the decorating and attention to detail in every room. It was more than we expected. Heidi was a great host and a pleasure to work with. We have stayed at several hotels in the New Hope area but this cottage was by far the best stay we have ever had. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully for a longer stay!

I would like to start off and say how amazing Connie was! Very responsive, thoughtful and easy to deal with! Her house is an absolute must stay at! We came down for the Metallica concerts over Memorial Day weekend! It was within 20 minutes door-to-door to Lincoln Financial field! Her house was perfect! Lots of space to spread out for a larger group! The outdoor space was beautiful and very relaxing with lots of places to sit and enjoy its peace. Also has a Koi pond!! Saturday morning, we were greeted by husband who delivered us, a fresh batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies for my daughter’s birthday that was upcoming! It was a very very nice surprise! Above and beyond what I could’ve expected! She has a full five star rating for a reason! And I am leaving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars for her as well! Her property is a must stay at!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Kathryn’s beautiful home. The place was clean, private and very welcoming. The cookies were amazing and the instructions were clear. Wish it didn’t rain to enjoy the outside space more but that wasn’t the fault of the host! I would absolutely stay again and recommend her home to family and friends. Thank you Kathryn!

This spot was perfect and we can only say wonderful things about both the owners and the house. A perfectly charming, historic looking house with modern conveniences. Our only regret was we didn't have time to take care of the wonderful seating area in the backyard, the bikes that we could have gone riding on along the riverbanks, and other amenities as we only had a very short two day stay here. More space than you would realize, with at least three separate desk/office areas for work, large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, with everything in perfect working order. Even had a washer and dryer in the master bath, Netflix and Apple tv, and an entire closet full of games to play. Just wish we had more time here

Really loved staying here! The place was incredibly cute and clean and truly felt like home. You get two rooms, one of which is a whole living room, a bathroom, and a beautiful balcony and view! I came for a high school reunion and I can’t imagine not returning here and staying at THIS airbnb. It is truly a hidden treasure!

Had a great time during our little getaway in Philadelphia! Great for a couple and had everything you needed for a few days! Very clean bathroom, area to sleep in and though we didn’t get to go outside much because of the rain, there was a fun little backyard area with hammocks. Loved the amenities, games that were there.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Elliot's Garden Apartment in New Hope, and found everything to their liking. I was worried about the bed or pillows not being to their liking (since they are seniors and with age have become more sensitive to a firm mattress), but they assured me over and again that they slept very comfortably. The complementary coffee and creamer supply was a much appreciated and thoughtful detail. Our daughter also met Susan and her friendly dog Foxy and now asks when are we going back to the airbnb so she can play with her. Elliot was always ready to help answer any questions in a prompt and polite manner. It truly felt like a "home away from home"!

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely stay perfect for a long weekend trip. The location was the best - easy to find and w/in walking distance or a short bus ride from everything that we wanted to do. Lots of coffee shops, great bars, top notch restaurants. Rittenhouse Square was a nice walk away. Michael was very responsive when we had questions and when a breaker must have accidentally flipped. He came in to investigate an odd odor and seemed to really care about looking into the matter. While these didn't detract from our stay, they're worth mentioning to anyone considering for an upcoming trip: - The shower is *incredibly* small. Even as a petite person, there's no way to avoid touching the shower wall and the liner + shower curtain while showering. This was inconvenient, but fine for a short stay. Worth noting if you're taller, heavier set, or going for a long stay, this may not work. - As expected in a big city, you could easily hear foot traffic. Again, didn't detract for us, but worth noting

Rob & Amanda's place was exactly as described with no surprises. They were clear on the steep steps involved in getting to the 2nd floor living area as well as the 3rd floor bedrooms. They even reached out immediately after booking to be sure it would not be a problem. The apartment was clean and the board/card games were appreciated.

This was my third year in a row that I stay in David’s apartment. It has become my home away from home. It has everything that I need to work from home comfortably, full kitchen where I can prepare all my meals, plenty of space, beautiful deck to spend some time outdoors. Fast and reliable internet, great mattress and pillows, great water pressure in the shower. When things have broken down or stopped working at the apartment, David has gotten fixed or changed right away. I just simply love to stay there.

This is a beautiful home with a great view of the city skyline from the room. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. I would stay here again!

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The house was impeccably clean—truly one of the most pristine and well-maintained Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in offering a top-tier experience. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. We had a perfect experience and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kitty’s Place. The apartment is absolutely perfect and the hosts provided amazing hospitality. Beautifully appointed with everything that we needed and more, Travis, Gabrielle, and Kitty allowed us to enjoy our celebration of our daughter’s graduation from UD, creating memories to last a lifetime. The apartment was clean, cute, close to everything, and a peaceful place to relax between events. A terrific place for anyone visiting the area with gracious hosts who want nothing more than to ensure your comfort and happiness. A real gem!
