Amazing little place! I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Within walking distance to a local antique shop (literally right next door!) and the owners ice cream shop. Definitely recommend trying the food and ice cream there! It’s mainly where we ate the whole weekend. The train is a bit loud and shakes the house but that’s to be expected when you’re this close to the railroad. No other cons that I can find! A nice cost effective place to stay!

We stayed for 2 days and it was great, just as advertised. Theresa was really responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. We will definitely come back when we are in Ithaca again.

We booked so we had a place to stay while we helped our daughter move in to her college dorm. Our family of four was very comfortable - everyone had their own room and MUCH better than squeezing into a hotel room. Comfy beds, plush towels, clean and organized space. We made our own breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen but there were plenty of recommendations for eating out. Josh was quickly communicative and responsive when we had questions. Though they live on the top floor of the house, our privacy was totally respected. I would definitely consider staying again!

With three adults and one 9month-old baby, this home was perfect for our needs. It’s clean and pristine, has well-stocked items in the kitchen and bathroom, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We arrived on an unusually hot day, and the rental didn’t have the air conditioning installed yet. Typically, they are put in at the end of May we were told. However, Branka Mae was proactive in installing them immediately for us. Also, we were short one bedding set for the cot, ( one extra set was used for the sofa) and Branka Mae had them delivered promptly. The location is perfect! It’s close to everything we wanted to do: Buttermilk Falls, the Farmer’s Market, wineries, restaurants. The baby was excited to see several deer walking along the backyard fence. Branka Mae’s place was perfect for a girls’ getaway! The baby slept very well in the crib provided, and my nieces said the bed, and the cot were comfortable as well. Also, we loved that the lovely home was baby-safe! Thank you Branka Mae!

I had one of the most beautiful weekends in this huge and cozy home . Marlon was very responsive and kind , I had a little trouble with the washer/dryer machine and he helped me right away . I’ll definitely come back and I recommend this house 100% . We loved it ❤️

This house smelled so sweet when we walked in and is spotless, comfortable & super organized. Everything is labeled on the doors & cabinets. You can tell the person who lived there took very good care of the house, the tiles look old but in great shape & there’s even a vintage oven in there. Beverly was responsive and polite. Great experience all around

Not our first and certainly will not be our last stay at this amazing location. The host is second to none! 5 stars!

To Cheryl ,Taylor and James. Thank you very much for making our vacation comfortable. Your house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including the grill. It was quiet and the front porch was great. Also we had a short drive everywhere we went. State Parks and fishing streams. We took the smoke detector from the first bedroom down because the battery was chirping meaning it was low. Just in case you were wondering. 🙂. Thanks again.

4 of us stayed overnight for my son’s graduation. The house was about 12 minutes from both campus & from my son’s downtown apartment. It felt like we were home. The house was clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed. Hosts were responsive & friendly & I would highly recommend.

Super clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. We appreciated the high quality finishes, spotlessly clean attention to details, and helpful small touches (well placed nightlights, home grown lemon tea, etc) in Rachel’s place . We slept so well and would definitely stay there again when visiting Ithaca!

So many positives about our stay, including location (super close and convenient walk to Ithaca Commons although very steep at parts which could be tough for some), very spacious home well appointed with fluffy towels, updated kitchen, super soft comfortable linens, ceiling fans, cozy fireplace to warm us during our cold and rainy visit, and music playing and complimentary wine upon arrival. A few negatives we experienced were ants which I later learned are common in Ithaca due to all the rain. The owner was very responsive to my message and came the following day while we were out to spray. They also left us two extra bottles of wine which was very kind and thoughtful. I didn’t see an ant for the remainder of our trip. The 2nd issue was the shower in main bathroom. Really tough for my 78 yr old mom to get in and out of so I think guests should know it’s about a two foot (?) “wall” to get into tub. I did not realize this from the pictures. Overall, very pleased and happy.

This house is exactly what we were looking for. Private getaway with a great view out the back. The creek out back was great for sleeping with the window open (when the weather allowed). Large yard, quiet street which is great for walking along the rest of the creek. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances & cooking equipment (we added a whisk to the collection). Spike the mowbot was a source of entertainment for us. where would he show up next 🤣 Overall it was a great stay & we would definitely consider staying here again if coming back to the area!

Megan's place was a great spot for our conference in Cortland. We had enough space for the 3 of us. The condo was comfortable, hot water for showers was plentiful, and we had all we needed for a pleasant stay. Megan responded quickly when messaged with a question. If you are going in after dark please note that there is not a lot of street lighting in the community (certainly NOT a reflection on our host).

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

We enjoyed our stay here to go to the waterpark and Destiny USA mall. Would stay here again!

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive.

This spot was incredible! The pictures are accurate but can’t quite do the space justice. We had a range of weather during our stay in early March- super sunny & cold, snowy, grey and rainy- but no matter the weather it felt so welcoming to sit in the living room looking out at the slopes. I only had my partner & my dog for this stay, but there’s plenty of space to bring friends & family. The proximity to the mountains both visually and walk or shuttle wise is perfect. Maybe random, but a touch I loved was the quality of the pots and pans included in the space. This will be saved and shared- such a gem of a place! Thank you, Breeana & Family 🎿🏂🐺
