We were so much more than pleased with everything about this warm, welcoming and beautiful home. It was perfect for our friends gathering. Keith was very accommodating and very responsive. The area is close to so many different attractions. I would highly recommend staying here

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home itself is gorgeous and the view is stunning. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was perfect for me and four friends to stay the weekend.

A lovely cottage on a quiet street (at least in the fall!). The interior is just beautiful with all the wood floors, walls, ceilings. The kitchen was - unusual! Clearly they had to retrofit an old home to accommodate modern appliances, but all worked well.

This was our second time to stay. It had a gorgeous view surrounded by beautiful trees. It was so peaceful and relaxing with everything we needed. James is so easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect place for us to stay at, the place feels like home. My daughter had so much fun jumping in the backyard and playing around. We had a convening really closed by, and the host was super nice with letting us do our debrief meeting at the house. We super appreciated being able to charge our car over night as well. We loved staying here, it was so close to the beach and everything was so nice and easy! Very clean, well kept, great shower pressure, would recommend to anyone!!

Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

This was our second time staying at the Hupi House and loved it. House is perfect for 2 families with kids, super comfortable, spacious and cosy, well equipped and lots of things to do in the area. This time we went skiing at the Butternut resort just 10 mins away and was a great experience. Lucas a very friendly and responsive host.

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

We were 7 women celebrating a 90th birthday party. We could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was SPECTACULAR!!! The grounds were amazing, plenty of parking, quiet but close to anything you might need or want! A welcome basket with a personalized note made us feel special. I had a question and called the host. She answered the call and question but we continued to talk like old friends. So friendly! The bedrooms were stunning. Very comfortable mattresses, delicious linens and pillows! Everything was perfect. We not only had a beautiful home to stay in, but we all came home with memories of a perfect weekend! Thank you Kim! We already want to come back!!

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Travis' place with my husband and two young daughters. The house is beautifully appointed and so cozy. We played games by the fire, watched a movie in the cozy tv room, and made and enjoyed lovely meals in the kitchen. The house is even more magical than it looks in the photos, and we certainly hope to be back.

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.
