Vacation rentals with a balcony in Verbania

The place is very nicely located, overlooking the lake. The amenities were very good. The beds were very comfortable, and the sofa bed was great. It was a very nice stay. The area is very quiet, even in the evening and for sleeping. We would come back.

Lovely flat in an amazing location with great views of Lake Orta. Super close to a public beach, short walk to the handful of cafes, restaurants, and a decent sized grocery store. Pettenasco is a small village off the beaten track in a good way that meant it was quiet, but short drive to more touristy spots Orta San Giulio and Lake Maggiore. Would highly recommend and definitely go back!

It's a short drive, but you'll get something for that. The cottage is more than fine and the view is really fantastic! And what peace and quiet. Sandro, our host, was very friendly and quick to respond. Honestly, it takes 20 minutes to drive up the mountain, but this gets used to quickly and with a little planning you really won't be bothered. On the way on the mountain we came across goats, a deer and cats. So take it easy and enjoy it. The village is also worth a walk. There isn't much, but it's very charming and sweet.

Clean and practical place, with free car park nearby - beautiful surroundings with a 15mn drive to Lago Maggiore. Friendly and helpful host.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at here in Como. Frederico’s apartment is very modern, clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the ferry allowed us to explore lots of beautiful villages around the lake, overall we had an unforgettable holiday, highly recommend!

Laveno is a very beautiful place, lakes, mountains... The accommodation is in the center of a beautiful region, the proximity of the pier allows you to cross Lake Maggiore on foot from the apartment. The building was very quiet but the lakeside road is a little noisy. Very good stay anyway!

The accommodation is a very nice and quiet location with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. The equipment is great and in total the place was also very clean. Check-in also went smoothly, even if a short message would have been helpful that it is self check-in. Unfortunately, you actually need a car for everything, as there are little to no sidewalks and therefore you can walk not far. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

Felt very welcomed. Beautifully restored independent traditional house. Comfortable, clean and peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Well positioned in the sun and on the hillside. Access by car is not possible and there is a staircase to access the premises and the house. Free parking is available within 150 metres. Small village with few restaurants but well connected with other villages around the lake.

We had a lovely short stay in this charming traditional-style house. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring both the Italian side and crossing over into Switzerland for day trips. Valentina, the owner, was incredibly welcoming. She met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was the perfect size for our family of five—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of character. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake or into the village within minutes. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful, scenic base to explore this beautiful region!

This is very spacious and cozy. The patio and two balconies are extremely lovely. The top balcony has a wonderful view over the lake. The apartment is well heated and provided the perfect starting point for hikes and exploring the lake for us.
