Vacation rentals with a balcony in Piedmont

Three of us stayed in the apartment, we found it comfortable and clean. Ample parking allowed us to get under the house and get around by car without worrying about not being able to find parking. For any need Nicola was always very helpful. I highly recommend it!

The place was great! It is located right next to a ton of transportation options making it incredibly easy to access the city. There are also a lot of food options within walking distance including restaurants and grocery stores. The host was also super responsive and kind, answering questions, letting us check-in early, and providing instructions for everything in the apartment.

Very nice apartment and very nice to spend a few days there. It has all the necessary equipment and it is clean. The shower jet was a little weak and the light in the bathroom too but otherwise I have nothing to say.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at here in Como. Frederico’s apartment is very modern, clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the ferry allowed us to explore lots of beautiful villages around the lake, overall we had an unforgettable holiday, highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in the apartment! It is located in the old city of Finalborgo has a great balcony and is just huge. Chiara and her team is super friendly and helpful. You have a perfect opportunity to store the bikes. I highly recommend this apartment!

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

Beautiful, clean accommodation with a great view of Lake of Como. Ideal for exploring the lake from here. A car is recommended, as there is only a limited number of shopping, beaches and restaurants in Sala Comacina itself. However, the area is full of smaller and larger towns that invite you to explore. However, if you are a late riser, you should pay attention to the bell tower, which starts early in the morning about 7 o'clock with its bell game. We had a wonderful week in Sala Comacina and enjoyed exploring the lake from the apartment!

Absolutely lovely stay, with enough space for a very large family. Comfortable living space, open kitchen and beautiful outdoor garden/BBQ area. My second stay with Helena and it was as amazing as the first. Everything I needed, a great amount of space, and in such a great area with restaurants, cafes and shops all in short walking distance. Helena is so helpful and makes sure you have everything you need as well as giving recommendations. Her home is like a second home for me in Milan. Also her little dog Cassey is so adorable!! I will miss saying with them both 🫶🏼 I will definitely book next time I’m in Milan!
