Townhome vacation rentals in Piedmont

For our surprise weekend for the birthday of our mom, we've chosen this place. Communication with Jo was great. She always responded very quickly. We also had a small water issue and Jo responded immediately. The approach is actually very adventurous and very steep, especially when it rains and the foliage is wet, it was a bit difficult to get back to get back to. The place was very clean and well stocked. We would come back!

We stayed for almost 3 weeks during the ski season and it was perfect for us and the guests who joined us. We were out most of the day and evening, either skiing, spa or snow.shoe walking in Sauze or visiting historical places nearby. There was a 5min walk to the train station where you could get the train to Turin (1hr 15min) or a bus to the ski resort (15mins). There was plenty of free parking at the appartment if you come by car and only a 15 drive to the ski resort. All the local cafes, bars and restaurants all served excellent local food and wine, and of course coffees. There were plenty more in Sauze if you want more of the night life, but we were happy with a little apres ski and the 8pm bus down to Oulx. The residents of Oulx where very hospitable and friendly and helped us with our smattering of italian. Marco was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. We'll definitely book to stay here again and would recommend it.

We were guests of Alessia for 15 days, the information received for check-in was very clear, timely and accurate, flexible check-in is a great convenience. The apartment matches the listing photos and the cleanliness is great. Very comfortable garage from which you can access the house directly. The location is great, sunny with panoramic view of the mountains during the day and evening you can admire the stars. All necessary services can be reached nearby. We thank Alessia for being always available, quick to respond and kind.

we had a wonderful stay!

The apartment has large and comfortable spaces, clean, tidy, functional and fully equipped, there were also basic necessities such as oil, sugar, coffee, etc. It is close to the center of the village and amenities but still in a quiet area, it has a very useful and comfortable private outdoor space to park the car right in front of the house. The location of the apartment is great for hiking in the Maritime Alps. Rita is a perfect Host, caring, very kind and helpful. We will be very happy to come back. I recommend it!

Great house, very nice, spacious, perfect for families. Antonella is always available, although we have never really had to contact her or her husband. We really enjoyed spending Christmas, for the second time, at Antonella's house and we highly recommend for all those who want to spend time in the Biella at the foot of the mountains, Antonella's house is ideal for relaxation and a great location to move between the various valleys and villages of the territory.

Beautiful private residence with lots of green spaces, the homes are not on top of each other. Tennis court and 2 swimming pools: a 25m large for swimming and a splash pool. A caretaker is present and very available. The accommodation is large enough for a couple and 2 children with a terrace on the ground floor. The environment is calm. Thank you to Cesare for hosting us! We had a great holiday in this charming area on the heights of Lake Maggiore.

We had a lovely stay at Roberta's place. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the accommodation is well equipped. There were 5 of us, and we appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms. Good welcome from the owners and the pool manager.

There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

Everything is perfect, cozy apartment as described, quiet location and excellent for those who have to reach the Humanitas hospital. Nearby are restaurants, pastry bars for breakfast and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed in a charming apartment in Lavenno-Mombello and had a wonderful experience! The place was great—simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impressive. It felt welcoming and well-maintained, making my stay all the more enjoyable. A fantastic bonus was the garage, which gave me peace of mind while exploring the area. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting . I can’t wait to return!

"Feel like home" place, in the area of ​​private houses, so you'll always know when the dinner time starts :) The house is divided and you have one half of it, with private entrance. Neighbors can only be felt outside in the garden (if they are outside too), as it is only separated by a hedge. But it didn't bother us considering that household sounds can be heard from all the houses around. We felt like locals :) The house is spacious and fully equipped. Very large underground garage was perfect! It is good to know that there isn't any nice beach specifically in Lenno. We tried a beach at Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli in Tremezzo (we drove by car or took the ferry; it is not sandy/pebble beach), Spiaggia di Campo (within walking distance from the house; small, calm and nice in the evenings when the ferry service has ended). You can also go by ferry to San Giovanni - there is a larger pebble beach. We recommend the walk from the house to Colonno along the Greenway del Lago di Como.

We had no difficulty finding the house as we already knew the area and due to the need we had it was a great solution. The bedroom and bathroom were exactly as described by the host. Clean and comfortable environments. We also really enjoyed the coffee pods and some breakfast products. There's no shortage of opportunities to come back. An inexpensive, quite spacious and lovely place to stay. The location in the center of the village with the view from the church square is enormous. Asti and Alessandria are not far away and Genova, Milano and Turino can also be easily developed as a day tour. The host is very friendly and helpful and the house is pleasantly furnished.

Fantastic gem on the ligurian coast!

we had a great time! We stayed for 4 nights, in 4 adults. Wide spaces, spectacular views of the snowy mountains, convenient parking. The only note out of tune (unimportant) was the absence of coat racks for vests (in 4 adults with ski jackets and daily jackets it was a little complicated, but resolvable). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
