Loft vacation rentals in Piedmont

This was one of our favorite places during our trip. There’s plenty of room and it’s super close to the train station/metro and easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Host was great!

Cristina was AMAZING! Super helpful, proactive and friendly! Her place is spotless clean, had everything my husband and I needed for our 3 days in Milan. Comfortable bed, air conditioner (even though we didn't need it), binder with all the instructions and she was a sweetheart when we arrived. Amazing restaurant downstairs, nice shops around it and the Duomo is about 15 min walk. Would absolutely go back in a heart beat.

Great place to stay in Suna!

We had a lovely weekend at Maria's apartment. Very well located, it is a good compromise to be close to the city center, quickly accessible on foot, while being quiet. When we arrived we were a little scared passing by busy bars at the end of the street but the apartment is located further on in a quiet area. There are good restaurants right at the foot of the building, convenient when we arrived late. We slept well with a comfortable bed and a quiet environment. The apartment was very clean. The water temperature in the shower is complicated to adjust but other than that, we have no complaints. Thanks Maria:)

This home is very comfortable and clean. Spacious enough for 4 comfortably. The bathroom was spotless and shower large and with good water pressure. The kitchen was also spotless and there is a refrigerator, coffee maker and induction cooktop, complete with pots/pans and utensils. Having 2 bedrooms is nice and the bed was very comfortable. The home is on the 3rd floor (if you're American), but called the 2nd floor in Italy because their bottom level is 0, so just be aware that there are 3 flights of stairs, but no big deal. The home is walkable to bars, restaurants and cafes and about a 30 minute walk to the Duomo area. The home is close to the canals and the neighborhood has a funky, college vibe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful with recommendations and responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Host... Great place, super convenient, I think it's great for staying in Milan, and even has airport drop-off service!

Everything was perfect , the studio, the location , the restaurants and the Carrefour City nearby , the ease for buses and the responsiveness of Edoardo; only neighbors were a birthday in a way a little too " expansive" one night but it was not his fault! The calm is remarkable . I plan to go back next year.

We had a nice stay, clean and cosy thx to Riccardo and Rosa. We had a chance to meet the cleaning lady, she gave us some useful tips, plenty options to park your car. Close to San Siro, 20 min easy walk. Close to metro station De Angeli M1 line to city center, 7 min walk. I recommend.

Very Convenient place.

Looks exactly like the photos, very clean and very well equipped. Perfect for a girls weekend and the host is great and super helpful. Walkable to restaurants about 10-15mins. Would recommend!

The home is very well located, in one of the best regions of Milan to stay, close to bars and restaurants in a safe region. The downside is that there were many instructions to read (a multi-page pdf), which made communication poorly objective, especially for those who are traveling to different places and stay in multiple accommodations. The most important information could be more summarized. It was also somewhat bureaucratic to check in through a website of its own… it seems to me to be a very professional group, and I understand that this is part of their internal organization, but again it makes things unobjective for those who are staying in various places. The standard checkout times (10 am) is too early, but kindness has extended us another hour. It must be catered for the amount of water available limited for the bath (this information could be more evident). The hostess was very kind and helpful.

Barbara’s place is very convenient and in a great neighborhood. It is a block away from Eataly, which was a wi deface for grocery shopping and morning coffee. The rooms were spacious.

Cozy place in nice surroundings, nice hosting as well as opportunities to do laundry etc.

The stay was really pleasant. Gabriella is an exceptional host: available and always ready to help if needed. The apartment, although small in size, is well organized and equipped with everything you need. Also, the cleanliness was impeccable. A great plus is the beautiful view of the mountains from the roof on sunny days. The location is convenient, with supermarkets within walking distance in about 15 minutes. Parking has never been a problem thanks to the availability of free spots nearby. Overall, the experience was more than satisfactory.

Absolutely incredible stay! The location was truly unbeatable, hands down the best of any place I’ve ever been. It was perfectly situated, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, from excellent communication to thoughtful little touches throughout the space. The place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Check-in was seamless, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole experience felt like a home away from home. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I’d give it more than five stars if I could. Highly, highly recommend!

The best host. He is super friendly, superb person. very humble, kind and intelligent and supportive. Great place to stay, easy to get around anywhere in Milan, walking distance from Brenta (M3-Yellow Line) Metro station and Trendord Porta Romana station Also has public parks and Poste Italia nearby. Very quite, and a very good neighbourhood. perfectly safe to get around even at night. A lot of convinience stores and supermarkets nearby, with 24 hr Carrefour market. OVS and Upium are also close by. the room is very spacious with ample storage and has almost everything you need. With a shared living with Marco, it is never a problem of any kind. the kitchen is very comfortable with loads of crockery and cooking utensils. simple, clean and a very descent place to stay. Most amazing Host and a great value for money.
