The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

I was mostly impressed with this studio. It was very clean and nice. There were plenty of things that you may need which is helpful and if there was something you needed and wasn’t there, there’s stores that are less than 10 minutes away. The only con about this place are the peacocks in the neighborhood. While they’re beautiful to look at, they’re everywhere! And I personally found them so annoying because they’d make noise at nearly all hours of the day. Regardless of this, this place is still worth 5 stars because I can’t blame the host for the wildlife in the neighborhood. I had to stay here for business purposes but it isn’t too far from the beach at all and plenty of restaurants around. Overall I’d stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

There is a second room that is adjacent to the common area but you still have COMPLETE privacy to your room and kitchen and bathroom. I plan on booking both rooms my next trip with my buddies cause this was just PERFECT. The outdoor common area was so cute and photogenic. Nice and private and very peaceful. No noise whatsoever.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable apartment, walkable neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, friendly host. We would return and highly recommend a stay here. Convenient location to both downtown and nearby beaches.

My husband and I loved Efrain’s place . It was very close to our son’s home which made it wonderful. The place was very clean , close to restaurants, very comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely try to book his place again.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy checkin and walkable to some restaurants and more if you’re good to walk 20 min. Easy to uber everywhere. Clean and great house, just note that it is a shared house with a couple other airbnb units.

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Davis’s place was welcoming, super clean, and convenient. The backyard had a putting green, tiki bar, and fire pit, just wish we’d had the time to take advantage of those amenities. We hope to be able to return to the area again and if so, will check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

We booked Daniels home because it was dog friendly and also a perfect location. We were traveling to Florida for my daughters wedding which was held nearby at "Flower Farms Event Venue". We had to bring my dog because all of our dog sitters were also attending the wedding. My dog Rocket loved running around the fully fenced yard sniffing all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Rocket gave the yard a 10 out of 10 score and I appreciated the pooper scooper. The home is clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has every gadget that you would ever need. I would definitely stay again. Oh and we can't forget the fun little nursery/farmers market on the corner...within walking distance. The produce was fabulous.

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

Fantastic location! Lori is an amazing host! Very responsive, accommodating and very friendly! Condo is exactly as stated and felt like home.

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

I have stayed on Isla multiple times and this condo was conveniently stocked with all the extras like beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and really close to the pool. I worked for part of my trip and sitting on the patio watching golfer tee off was entertaining. Short drive or walk to the beach and great restaurants.

Fabulous location! We had a wonderful month long stay. Suzan’s place is exactly like the photos. We especially enjoyed the fact we were only steps away from the bike trail, pool and waterfront views. The Wi-Fi was reliable (we worked remotely from the condo) and the space was very comfortable for 2. The lanai was both private and peaceful. Suzan was a wonderful host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her place.
